Hi , how long should I wait for my withdrawals to be processed,  I recently won 10k playing slots , not the one affected by the glitch on William hill,  they sent me 2 emails telling me to withdraw the money which I did in small increments, after taking out 6k they restricted my account and stopped processing the withdrawals. After contacting them through the chat they reinstated my account but are still not processing my withdrawals They are telling me that they need to review my gameplay.

It usually takes sometime for them to review your game play - how long have you been waiting so far?
