Spam emails

As some of you might have noticed there is someone who is sending emails from @videoslots.com. What I have seen it's [email protected]<script data-cfhash='f9e31' type="text/javascript"> /* */</script> emailing about account deactivation. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about. But I want to let you guys know that it's not coming from us.

Are there really no actions you can take? Isn't it in violation of some kind of act concerning fraudulent activity?
