100% Proof screen Shot captured half payment on 1 line machine - Solved!

I was wondering what people & there opinion is on this .

 

Well known casino. I wont say any names for the  moment , I was playing a 1 line machine, I was playing on a 25 cent bet , I decided to start playing a few at 50 cent , I noticed as i was playing, it was paying the same on wins as 25 cents was.. when I won a larger size bet , I really noticed , I have screen shots of the winning spin, pay ,bet etc. & even more , live chat screen up etc. also the machine has clear as they what it is supposed to pay . 

 

I have gone spoken up big time to live support , there like 48 hours this that etc..  usual rubbish coming from a billion dollar enterprise that cant even attend there members like they should, guess I'm wondering how far something like this goes ? as in, iv'e played for a few years with this site & some of my friends , is this not more of a fraud type case , & couldn't there entire past members and games played be put into question ?   as I feel I want my entire history checked now , talking about a serious amount of money here,    I was lucky to spot it being a 1 line machine .. Iv;e felt numerous times in the past something was not right with that payment etc.

 

this is a known & trusted casino , and the Proof I have is 100%  please share your thoughts , I have added a close up without the other details for your opinion ,  I also have a video of the same win captured with the  3 bars on the right with the amount it pays flashing and lit up , which is 20 x 50 cents,  is set at 25 cent machine with 2 coins , the pay you see is what I was getting on the 25 cent but with only 1 coin selected,

To be honest, there isn't much to be discussed here as this is not even close to be a serious case... Hitting 3 bars on Jingle Bells slot is supposed to pay 20 coins win. Now do the match and multiple 20 coins x denomination of 0.25 and you'll see it's 5 bucks, the exact amount the machine paid you.

Please  take more care to read and view picture..  it is set on 25 cent slot .. but with 2 coins.. set at 50 cent bet, the image is as clear as day..

Yeah, but with number of coins in this particular game refers to number of selected paylines and this is where your confusion came from. The number of selected coins  does NOT affect the payout, but the number of active paylines. Yeah, but with number of coins in this particular game refers to number of selected paylines and this is where your confusion came from. The number of selected coins  does NOT affect the payout, but the number of active paylines. Thank you for responding ,  I'm not  convinced .. as far as I understand .. this is a  1 line machine ..  its the only way it pays. that exact same win you see there .. payed exactly the same on a 25 cent bet  1 coin etc.  I switched it to 2 coins . it put bet to 50 cents as in picture.. now in same win same 3 bars , same spot . it still only payed $5   this machine spins up those 3 bars often..  if Im betting 25 cents and it pays $5 . then I put bet to 50 cents and the same win still pays $5.. please if I'm mistaken here  i will some sort of reverse logic perhaps ,    this machine only pays on the middle line , unless jackpot with bells,  etc.

Hello trinity187 - I agree actually how misleading this game is and if it wasn't for Valdes' explanation I'm afraid I think I would have been leaning towards the way you were thinking too.

 

Valdes is of course right but I do believe the way this slot is designed is very confusing.

The confusion comes from the fact that unlike most other video slot games where increasing the number of coins would result in increasing the payout for the relevant winning combination, in this particular game it means an increase of paylines where payout is actually remaining the same. Which does NOT make is a scam at all of course.

Certainly not a scam but I can see how misleading this can be. I've personally never played this slot so I can't comment as to whether or not I would have figured the coins/lines out. Although I'm assuming the coins go up to 5 since you can clearly see on the screenshot it's possible to have 5 paylines active

I don't think it's a scam although I understand your point of view. The confusion of this game is that you think 'coins' means value of the coin you 'inserted'

some game stated 'value' and some game stated 'denom'. I think you should give your opinion to the game provider and maybe they will change it.

never the less it's not a scam because they don't rip you off because you'll get your winnings from every lines you've bet.
