Johnnygotthebone
Here in Canada, we do not have the options like most of you, we either use a prepaid MasterCard, Visa card, or those pay safe cards to make our deposit, the only way we can withdrawal, is either back to our Visa, or directly into our bank account. It is impossible to receive any withdrawal in less than 48 hours, by the time they send it, it always takes at least two days to arrive back to our preferred method of withdrawal. I ask myself this question, if someone in another country, wins $2000, And makes a it withdrawl directly back into their neteller Account, I've read that it's there in minutes from some fast paying casinos. As you all know, when we win, we feel invincible, therefore, we always want more, the money is there to be played with, and psychologically we feel like it's not really ours because we won it. So many people therefore, will make ridiculously high deposits from that money and eventually lose it all, isn't that counterproductive to get your money immediately when you actually win, the two days that I receive my money, gives me a chance to be more realistic about my winnings and manage them properly. I see absolutely no difference between a reverse withdrawal and getting paid in minutes. Do any of you not take advantage of this immediate withdrawal to properly manage your gameplay and your winnings? cocopop3011
cocopop3011
Johnny!!! Bravo what a great thread! Yep, here in the UK and lots of other countries withdrawals to Skrill and Neteller, once processed by the casino are pretty much instant giving you the option to instantly spend your winnings. And of course your spot on when you say "and psychologically we feel like it's not really ours because we won it." Actually let me correct what I just said. Spot on for SOME people. Whilst I agree with you that many players, probably most fall into this category I don't. Once I have my winnings in my account they are mine, it makes no difference to me that I won it. I class it just the same as I would income from an employer. I don't think oh well I won it so let's just spend it. However, I haven't always thought like this it's only this last year I have completely changed how I look at gambling. So in answer to your question, NOW, It doesn't really make a difference to me whether I receive my withdrawal fast or slow. Agreed the quicker I have it the more likely I am to spend it (but not because I don't think it's mine), it's just human nature right? Johnnygotthebone
The two day delay, for me, is the only way I would be able to game, if I got my money immediately, since it's not literally cash in my hand, I would just end up blowing everything. The two day delay, Allows my brain to comprehend exactly what's going on in a more positive way and fights with the temptations and the feeling invincible after winning cocopop3011

ValDes
Okay, let me jump in this topic... First of all, the topic has been moved to a proper location. Johnny, please, as you have been already advised on previous occasions, starting all new topics in the Best and Worst forum section is wrong and we will greatly appreciate if you take a minute and consider the best possible forum location for your new threads from now on. Now, is getting my withdrawal too fast a bad thing?... Nope, it's not a bad thing for me, definitely! Actually, lightning fast e-wallet cashouts /within 12 hours at the latest/ is a must for every reputable casino which operates nowadays. The longer a casino is stalling payments, the bigger the chance for a withdrawal reversal becomes. While when I got the money into my Skrill or Neteller it is up to me only who and where to spend them, simply because these are now my money. For all these years of gambling I understood one thing for sure. If I am in a bad mood for a reversal it doesn't really matter if the casino will pay in one minute or one month cause I will find a way to ***** my money one way or another! hajnrih
It's a very good thing and it was a very bad thing in the past for me. I used to play all that I win in order to win more and end up with nothing. Now I usually transfer a great deal of my winning to an account I have no access to what soever except for cashing out on an ATM. In the end it's all about control and not loosing your head
Johnnygotthebone
Sorry about the location, it's a habit. The actual processing time of the withdrawal is not the issue, the issue is how long it takes to get back into your account, some players have told me, but they got their money within minutes right back to their e-wallet, for me, I see no difference whether it's in my wallet or if I'm able to reverse it For me, it's better while I'm winning, especially a lot of money, but I have time to come down, I lose that invincible feeling, that feeling, has caused me to lose a lot of winnings

If the withdrawal is processed within minutes and it's to your e-wallet then you'll get your money within minutes. If the processing time is an hour then you'l.l get your money in an hour. Coolivert
The longer you live the more you learn I never thought there are players out there who are happy, or at least content, with the fact that online casinos take long to pay....I would love my money to get back to me at the same rate it left me...Casinos shouldn't worry about how I control my money but I wouldn't mind if they helped me win more often ValDes
zerooo
i played a few days ago at pokerstars.. some time poker, later slots and i decided to cash out some money before i lose it all. it was weekend and i received instant withdrawal on skrill. it was great to see instant cashout, where seconds counts ! but i think this kind of cashouts are available only during the weekend, i guess. because when i requested cashout during week i received money in 2-3 days. but it is very good to see instant cashouts from time to time ValDes

Usually it is completely opposite, meaning that most casinos would pay way faster during workdays where most would not even process withdrawals during weekend... Guess that's a huge positive for PokerStars casino then!

I can totally see where your coming from with this, especially if you struggle with not being able to keep your winnings! jeremyclee
Johnnygotthebone
Im to take a long break! Need some time to come down after winning anyway the faster im getting money the faster I am about to spend it the last time I had my withdrawal really quick ( cafeinbet sent it in like 12 hours) so it wasnt a problem for me to lose it in some days Im not the best in managing money! That is why I feel lucky to get paid in two days, I only gamed one time this weekend, and I cashed out €2000, if I I received that cash out yesterday, in my account, it's free money which is what it was, I guarantee you I would've blown everything, I don't like to leave money on my entropro pay visa card, I always leave less than €1000 and usually game on Mondays or Tuesdays. For someone like me, who has a history of not being able to control his gambling, it's always better to have a least a two day break after winning, ever since I have up to this, I'm doing much better now. I can win a couple of thousand euros and not game for two days, it's not even an issue or a problem not to game, it's becoming more and more natural for me to wait for winnings and actually not gamble and enjoy the high that was done. If I would get the money immediately, I would just continue playing and lose everything, for me, the two day delay is gold. For my latest cash out, which was €2000, 1500 is going straight into my bank account and is pure profit, the other 500 will be risked tomorrow, I have not made one wager today or yesterday. fb_135971416787420
ronask
Hi! Faster withdrawals are a good thing in my opinion. I think it should be instant, at least to an ewallet. The casinos are allready winning, mathematically they will allways make money in the long run. What the casinos are doing when they add a pending periond they add another factor to increase their earnings. Some percentage of people who do withdrawals will always or often reverse their withdrawals and end up losing it. I think one has to be pretty naive to think that casinos dont calculate on this when putting a pending period on withdrawals. Imagine going to a landbased casino and you want to cash out your winnings and they tell you to come back in 24-48 hours to get your money.... I shouldnt be any different with online casinos. They take your money instantly when depositing, then you should get your money instantly when withdrawing. ValDes

Johnnygotthebone
Hi Gambin.... Pending periods are unacceptable. I don't play anywhere that takes more than an hour to process. No Ty. The two day delay, for me, is the only reason I am actually running well. Why? I'll explain. Today is a perfect example. I must have made 30 minimal deposits and about 12 withdrawals. I estimate I made a profit of about 900€ net after fees. My payments were processed. No problem. The money will hit my ENTRO PAY VISA on Friday. Three casinos. I know psychologically that I made a profit today. In two days I will move the 900€ to my personal bank account and deposit again. If that 900 profit was instantly given to me, I would want more. Always do. This way, i relax. Enjoy the winning feeling and can not blow it. Tomorrow, I will do the same thing. Make dozens of minimal deposits and several withdrawals. If I win, in two days I will repeat the process. Been working fine since Nov.
