Yep.. I finally received my withdrawal from Winward Casino. You're right, they are thieves and very slow to pay. It took 4 weeks and I withdrew $500 and they deposited $398.47 and no explanation for the $103 charge for a bank wire.

Well, I have to say that I won another $1000 so I can't complain but I'm still waiting to hear from them as to the ridiculous high charge. Yep, your probably right. I already checked their rules and the gambling and liquor commission rulings on their country where they operate. if I can't get resolution in their country, I'll report them to the gaming commission in our country and the can ban them from operating in Canada and the USA. It's been done lots.

Okay, but I still don't see anything that unusual... I mean, 24 hours live chat is more like a must for a new online casino rather than something we need to praise. 

 

I was answered at their chat that payouts are approved and sent within 24 hours and must admit that's another fact that comes to prove that the aforementioned brand has nothing spectacular to offer to its customers... I would really appreciate under 4 hours payout for example, but 24 hours is something that hundreds of other casinos are actually offering.
