Vevion121
I recently checked up on Askgamblers no desposit bonus page and checked what's hot, saw Malibu casino's no deposit bonus of £25, registered and got lucky, but wasted it all once I met the wager sparing the amount I needed for the max payout. I checked on the complaints for malibu casino and there is a guy having trouble receiving his bonus withdrawal because apparently they don't serve customers in his country which I thought was suspicious as the list includes the United Kingdom, I'm from the UK and It had the option for the United Kingdom on the registration list. Anyway, I've enlisted a few pictures, It's funny that casino's can whip out their terms and conditions whenever they need them to ***** customers yet when they breach their own, they don't care. The lady on the other end just completely ignored me haha, no surprise.
ValDes
First of all, hello and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. What you stated above is extremely worrying to say the least. I've seen some bad casinos 'juggling' with their terms, but this is beyond ridiculous. As far as I can see Malibu Club Casino does not hold a UK gambling license, meaning they are not allowed to offer real money wagers to any UK citizen. I believe you should report this issue to United Kingdom Gambling Commission directly and let them deal with this operator. After all, they are paid to do that, to protect UK players right. Where's my reply! I swear I replied to this yesterday. Anyway, what I find so worrying about this is that the casino is saying they do accept UK players! A total contradiction to their own terms and conditions, and quite frankly I don't know why anyone would play here!
Vevion121
Even on their Askgamblers page, It states that they welcome UK players, I hope I'm not the only one that thinks Malibu Casino deserves a blacklist from this website! Indeed, Malibu Club's review need an update and I'll make sure that this will happen asap. Thanks for reporting it.
