Drifta01 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I am seeking feedback regarding the verification process for live casino games, as I am concerned about potential issues that could impact players' trust and the integrity of the platform. For instance, a player recently contacted me after experiencing a significant win on a live Keno game. Initially, he was excited as his numbers were drawn, and he continued playing. However, he became worried when he received no notification of his win, only a message on his ticket stating "under review." While I understand that verification is necessary for anti-money laundering and fraud prevention, the situation is concerning when, after waiting over two weeks, he received an email claiming that the game round was not successfully completed on the Game Provider's side, resulting in an automatic cancellation. Upon reviewing the game history, I found no evidence that the game was canceled. Furthermore, the game ID provided by the operator does not match the game ID of the winning draw. This discrepancy raises questions: Does this player have grounds for a formal complaint? Given that it has been over two weeks, I am aware he should attempt to resolve this directly with the operator first, but I am concerned about the potential for the operator to shift blame onto the provider—and vice versa. This situation highlights a lack of transparency and consistency in the verification process, which could undermine player confidence and create a precedent for disputes. Any advice on how to handle this appropriately or steps to ensure fair resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Carl Guilford cocopop3011 1 Quote
