not received. nothing. all confiscated. term and conditions, bet more 55eur. it is funny. My balance at the time 4.700,-eur (128.726,-CZK). confiscated all, my balance now is it 0,- EUR and closse my account. I do not understand!

This is absurd. This is exactly how I wrote earlier. Casino waits for the player's mistake and confiscate all the money in the account. Online casino play for more than five years. I know how to accept defeat. My was the highest prize was 29.000,-USD and all properly paid my account. It's not about money. I demand equal justice for all. I will send the complaint to the license. Everything published on various forums. At least alert others. I not angry, helpless, frustrated. For me, this decision is unacceptable - everyone speaks - betting more 55,-EUR - ok, I agree and I accept confiscated win, but only win after violation term and conditions more 55,-EUR. It is unacceptable to me my balance before the breach. This is my problem. This is my truth. Nobody gave me no explanation. I do not understand. basis of the problem nobody sees.

Oh okay so I understand what you mean, your asking why the casino confiscated all of your winnings and not just your winnings after you made the bet that exceed the maximum £55.

 

Well I'm afraid this is totally down to the casinos discretion and I do believe any breach of their terms entitles them to confiscate ALL your winnings which is what they have done on this occasion.

 

I'm sorry you didn't get a better resolution and I mean this in the nicest possible way when I say how important it is that you not only read the terms and conditions but you understand them before registering or depositing.

Your right actually, my explanation was incorrect. I've just read the complaint again and the casino clearly state on the 18th December that they sent you a private message with clear explanations as to what they have based their final decision on. So I guess your answers lie in this message.

 

Unfortunately we have no influence on the casino, their decision is final. It's not that AskGamblers haven't offered help the casino have made their decision which is why the complaint has been closed. I;m afraid there's not much more I can say to you on this matter.

I believe you were given quite a lot of help on behalf the AskGamblers Complaints Team as I guess you could realize how much time and efforts have been put into getting this case resolved. 

 

Why we support Caribic Casino decision? Simple, because you breached their max bet term.
