I took a beating last night, I started playing at 7 stopped at 2. I played for 10 minutes in the morning And I won and then thought about my Win all day and decided to try something different, it turned out to be a big mistake

 

The amount is under €1000, but it's still a lot of money for me now, how am I going to deal with this all day today, I decided not to play for at least 2 to 3 days to try to recalibrate my head to play properly, I was doing things yesterday I don't normally do and feel guilty about it, how do you deal with the beating the day after
