Are they? I didn't know that. If it's true then my business plan is bust. I thought about making a lottery specifically for student loan debt... since it's in the trillions in America and so many people DON'T believe in the right to free education

I'm not 100% sure, but I know the lottery is government run in the UK, I don't know about other countries though,
