I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my Rollbit account, which was restricted without a clear and specific explanation.

I confirm that I have only ever had one Rollbit account. I have fully cooperated with the support team and provided all the information they requested from my side.
I have also successfully completed the KYC verification process on my account.

Despite this, my account remains restricted and I have not received any clear reason for the action taken.

My current account balance is $907, which I cannot access due to the restriction.

In their replies, Rollbit repeatedly asks me to list so-called “linked accounts”.
This request is unclear and unreasonable, because I do not own or control any other accounts and I have no way to identify what they consider to be “linked”.

Moreover, I have noticed that many other users are currently facing the same issue.
According to public reviews on Trustpilot, hundreds of players report identical situations where Rollbit requests information about “linked accounts” and then keeps accounts restricted without providing any specific evidence or explanation.

In addition, Rollbit has stopped responding to my messages entirely.
I also noticed that I am blocked on their official accounts on X (Twitter) and other social media platforms, which makes it impossible to contact them publicly or request support.

Rollbit support only provided generic replies (before communication stopped) and never explained:

  • what rule was allegedly violated,

  • what exact issue was found on my account,

  • how these so-called “linked accounts” are determined.

I would also like to mention that Rollbit actively promotes its brand through partnerships, including a public partnership with FaZe Clan.
I originally learned about Rollbit through a CS2 tournament organized in cooperation with this partner and the game Counter-Strike 2.

At the moment, the situation remains unresolved and I consider the restriction to be unfair and non-transparent, especially considering that my identity has already been verified through KYC.

I am asking AskGamblers  to assist in obtaining a clear and official explanation from Rollbit regarding:

  • the exact reason why my account was restricted;

  • what specific rule or policy I allegedly violated;

  • what exactly Rollbit means by “linked accounts” and how they are determined;

  • why communication with me was stopped and why I was blocked on social media;

  • whether my account (with a balance of $907) can be fully restored and under which conditions.

Hi and welcome to the forum - do you have any screenshots of chat you can post so we can try and figure out what linked accounts mean - do they mean bank accounts?
