ValDes
Hey folks As promised, here follows my analysis of the General casino terms and conditions for Kaboo Casino - a newly added casino to AskGamblers database. Hope it's gonna be useful for all those who intend to join Kaboo. Please, keep in mind that the goal of making such analyses is to outline those rules which needs your attention and could have a serious impact over your future stay at the casino if you are not totally in aware with their meaning. 2.6. You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the "ACCEPT" button. If you do not agree with any provision of these T&C you must not use or continue to use the Websites. Thumbs Up - Brilliantly said! Simple and clear. 2.7. The Operators reserve the right to amend these T&C, and you will be notified before the new T&Cs come into force. You must re-confirm acceptance of the new T&Cs before continuing playing on the Websites. Thumbs Up - Opposite to Parklane’s denial of responsibility in such situations, this is how a change into any terms and conditions should be applied. 4.1.8. If you open or attempt to open more than one Member Account, for whatever reason, the Operators may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should the Operators decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with Operators, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. The Operators will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (minimum EUR 30) for every account you opened as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with our T&Cs. Thumbs Down - Too vague and ambiguous term, leaves room for lots of troubles and misunderstandings at a later stage. 4.2.2. Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. Current fees regarding depositing funds can be found on the Websites. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment. Thumbs Down - Finding such info on Kaboo’s website /unless you are not already registered/ is almost a mission impossible. 4.3.4. For your protection, in any twenty-four hour period You may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 50,000 unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement. Thumbs Up - Now this is a serious amount set a daily limit. 4.4.8. The Operators reserves the right to charge a fee of 5 % (minimum 10 EUR) of the balance should you request a withdrawal without a Member Account turnover that is equal or more than the amount of funds deposited. Thumbs Down - I could understand you have expenses in processing financial transactions, but 5% or 10 euro minimum?! Come on, that’s too much. 4.5.2 The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion. Thumbs Down - Now, why is that? It appears that players willing to have their account closed should not only pay withdrawal fee, but may be charged additional expenses only because casino decided to use a payment method on its own instead of using the most convenient one for the player. Players paid for that withdrawal anyways, shouldn’t they have the right to choose their preferred payment method? 5.1.8. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. The Operators hereby reserve the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behaviour; Thumbs Up - Attention all of those, who have intentions using additional software to speed up their DOA gaming for example. 5.1.9. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Member Account, You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You. Thumbs Up - Simple and clear, don’t use your mom, dad, friend, sis or anyone else’s card to deposit, but only the one which is registered on your name. 5.8. The Operators reserve the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system, or of any other Games on the Websites. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. The Operators reserve the right to terminate and/or, change any games or events being offered on the Website. Thumbs Down - Sorry, but you have absolutely no right to retain anything based on suspicions only unless these so called suspicious are supported by serious and unambiguous evidence. 6.7. Should you opt for self-exclusion in the manners contemplated above then You will not be able to reverse this position for at least 7 days, after which You will be able to send an email to the same email address in order to re-activate Your access to our Games and re-activate Your Member Account. Thubs Up - Totally agree with this one. A player who previously requested a self-exclusion regardless of the period should not be allowed to reopen and play just like that, but should go through some transition period to have enough time to reconsider the decision for account reopening. 6.8. Any self-exclusion request would be valid for the brand you are currently a member of only and does not include other sites operated by us. Thumbs Down - Have really no idea why casinos keep doing that. So, if a company has let’s say two operators then these operators could share player’s databases for marketing purposes, but cannot do the same for the sake of Responsible Gaming? 7.4. Bonus abuses will result in the closure of the relevant Player’s Member Account. The Operators reserve the right to withhold cash ins and/or confiscate all winnings of the Player if a wager of a single bet consists of the majority of the total available balance, and the bonus balance contributes to a significant portion of that balance. Thumbs Down - This term is vague and leaves lots of room for frivolous interpretation. 10.3. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by Operator 1, you can complain to the Malta Gaming Authority : Address: Suite 1 Level 3 TG Complex, Brewery Street Mriehel Birkirkara BKR3000 Malta Telephone Number: +356 25469000 Email: [email protected] Thumbs Down - And what if I am not satisfied with the resolution on my complaint with Operator 2, shall I seek further assistance from e-Gaming Curacao? In addition, please update the complaints related details of MGA - their direct line support phone is +356 2546 9191 and they now offer online gaming support for players at http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/ 10.6.2 You acknowledge that the Operators shall be the final decision-makers of whether you have violated the Operators’ rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site. Thumbs Down - Yet another casino applying the so called “God clause”. FYI, the final word in case of a dispute does not belong to the casino, but to its relevant licensing authority. cocopop3011, winningfly and blondie

ValDes
This is very good to read things like that. Thanks! Thanks, I really hope so. But it's also quite a demanding and time consuming task as well, so be patient if next review takes some time. winningfly
cocopop3011
Yet another brilliant analysis thank you! For my style of playing nothing is out of the ordinary for me with everything you have mentioned however I'm still deciding not to deposit at this casino yet. I just don't like the way the casino is set out at the moment, and that's just my opinion of course. It's all so confusing, missions, echoes, what happened to just old fashion bonus and games! I'm sure it just takes some getting used to and I'm also sure that there are plenty of players who love the lay out, it's just not for me at the moment. I've also not been able to get hold of live chat yet, they always seem to be offline. So at the moment I'm sorry the casino does have an overall thumbs down for me. However, I'd gladly hear any positive comments to sway my decision.. ValDes

However, I'd gladly hear any positive comments to sway my decision.. I tend to agree with most of your observations. The website is revolutionary, no doubts about that, however what's the point of having a revolutionary website when there is no way for the players to find a simple information such as payment info there unless they are not registered of course... In addition, the website keeps telling me I am restricted from opening an account, but there is no word within their terms that Bulgaria is among the list of restricted countries... I like the Kaboo concept a lot, but I think it still needs a serious 'polishing' to meet the requirements for a top notch casino. My personal opinion though... Johnnygotthebone
Thrills owns this place, I personally never had a problem with thrills except for an exchange rate error but they never corrected when they paid me, I play with US dollars here and when I cashed out they sent me euros and I lost $92 on the transaction because of exchange rates, They did absolutely nothing. Besides that, thrills has been perfect, so since they own this place, I don't think there will be any problems with this casino except for the exchange rate with Canadians

At the moment my issue is my navigation around the casino, if this isn't something I'm comfortable with it it means I won't deposit. I have to be comfortable with the surroundings in which I'm placing my money so until I am I won't be depositing. That's not saying that this casino won't be the perfect place for others, just at the moment it's not for me.
