Last weekend i decided too and all was going well i was playing roulette and atleast ten bets in a row accepted i did lose them all by the way . I was down to my last chips and i piled 8$ on 23 way before the timer had finished and it had time left on it . It didnt pay out and i informed customer service . They tried to tell me it was down to my internet . But my internet had been running good all night and i had been using 888 without any problem too . The funny thing is every bet before was accepted and i know for a fact there was no issue with my internet . I asked them to escualate this and since had no reply. Also they are not on the list of companies in the complaint form . They also have no contact number and there customer service will not reply sent atleast 3/4 e-mails . At this stage im fed up and want to get paid the winnings or just close my account and call money back from my bank . Anyone here had problems with full tilt like this ? I'm so sorry to hear you have been having problems at the casino and yes unfortunately we no don't have Full Tilt in our directory so you won't be able to open a complaint with us. However don't let this dishearten you because there are other avenues you can take. Have you heard of the UK Gambling Commission? Full tilt are licensed and regulated by the UKGC and they have a full disputes procedure in place which means you can refer your issue for them to investigate. However they will first require you to lodge a complaint with the casino in question and give them sufficient time to respond. Have you raised an official complaint with the casino? If not, then your next step would be to do this. You can check the casinos terms and conditions for their complaint information. It should also give you a timescale in which to expect a response. If, after you have received a reply or they don't reply within the specified timescale you can then open a dispute with the UKGC. This LINK will then be of some use to you. Before you do that, we also have another admin here Valdes. He is your man to talk to when it comes to complaints, so what I would suggest is you first wait to hear off him he may be able to give you some better advise. He will be along shortly. Dont know why maybe a bonus. Any suggestions on what to do next . I have wrote a e-mail today saying more than 2 weeks have passed without this being solved and could i have the information of the manager thy have escualted this too. And this may sound stupid but are you absolutely sure you placed the bets before the time run out and there was no lag on your computer? There was no lags as i spinned at least 7 in a row before with no problems and i was playing 888 casino blackjack at the same time without a problem . Because they handled the customer service side badly they have reopened my account and deposited $50 to say sorry i guess. I guess they have now closed the matter .
