Do you know if bank send the payment back or what with this?? Thanks a lot for answers Hi Gav and welcome to AskGamblers! I too am from the United Kingdom Yippee!!! I have to say though I'm slightly confused with your question there! What do you mean your card isn't linked to your bank anymore? Is it a MasterCard? Do you mean you chose to withdraw to a card you no longer have? Raptordinos

ValDes
Hello gavdii and welcome to AskGamblers forum. Hmm, it's weird what you give us as details... I had closed credit cards with working bank account number, but the opposite...never. Anyways, once the money leave the casino account, then casino financial team have little power over it and hardly could do anything about it. On the other hand you should contact your card issuer and request more info from them and mostly, what is their procedure in situations like yours. Yeah, I was going to be surprised if your bank account is closed. but the card attached to that account still working. So, now when the situation is clear, I guess your money will never arrive to that credit card, the casino transfer is about to be declined and marked as rejected from the card's issuing bank and then returned to casino payment processor. cocopop3011

cocopop3011
I have to say gav I live in the UK and I can't see how it is possible for a card to be active when the bank account isn't, in fact I'm pretty sure it is impossible! So as Valdes said the payment will not go through to the card and will be returned to the casino so I wouldn't worry I am sure you'll have another option to withdraw very soon! Like for example I withdrew once via bank transfer but entered the wrong BIC number the payment failed to go through and was returned to the casino, I was then able to enter the correct details! raverbabe
Do you still have ANY accounts with the bank the card was issued by? If you do it will potentially be easier to get the whole mess sorted if the money is not returned to the casino. The most likely outcome is that the payment will "bounce" and be returned to the casino, but it could also find itself in a holding account with the bank, if that happens you will need to talk to them to see what can be done. I've had something similar before whereby I requested a withdrawal and chose the card option not realising that I had not updated my debit card details at the casino, but the bank still processed the payment into my account - I had a new debit card attached to the same account so there was no problem. I'm guessing your situation is more complex than this though?
winningfly
Strange. I have card, but there is no any bank account for me, just card. I made couple deposits with it, and got some withdrawals, not had any troubles.

ValDes
Ok i got ARN number from casino what to do next? I dont understand why money not come back to casino because im sure that bank acc is closed... Thanks for answers Take that number, go to your bank and request more information... Obviously, the problem is now in the hands of the bank issued the aforementioned card/s.
cocopop3011
Ok i got ARN number from casino what to do next? I dont understand why money not come back to casino because im sure that bank acc is closed... Thanks for answers Weird how the funds haven't come back if the bank account isn't open anymore, I don't see where the funds could have gone. I know being from the UK and with my bank payments into my bank have to be accepted, it's an automatic and instant process but nevertheless the process is there. So if my bank was closed the process wouldn't be there as it wouldn't exist. If that makes sense. I know this may sound like an obvious question but are you sure your bank account is closed and not just dormant? I think what you need to now is like Valdes said and go and speak to your bank. Go into the branch and explain what's happened they'll be able to tell you where you go from here. Come back and let us know. It's great for other people who make the same mistake to know the resolution in such situations. Hope you get you're money soon Gav

cocopop3011
I have ARN number from casino what to do next what to tell to bank? Thanks for answers Go into the bank in question and tell them exactly what's happened. Give them your bank details and the ARN number and tell them you made a withdrawal to this bank account from an online casino. The funds have been sent to this bank account and can they check the status of the bank account and track your payment. ValDes

I guess then yes you'll have to call them which I hope doesn't cost you too much from another country. Yes maybe they are holding your funds however I don't know how they would be able to release them to you if the bank account is closed. Will you be returning to the UK? cocopop3011
No im staying in my country i hope they will send them back to casino because they cant hold them forever no? Well no the funds have to be somewhere, it just might be a lengthy process getting them back to you now. You definitely need to speak to your bank though. I believe they are the key now to getting your money
partyhummel
in february 2015 i requested a withdrawal of 150 € to my neteller at 32red. I have been using only neteller for years. after the money didnt show up for weeks i asked them and they said they have ignored my request and processed the amount to an expired card i quit almost cebnturies ago. of course i should have kept in mind i had used an expired cc at 32red in my former life. ;-) so i thought it was my fault. the money has dematerialized btw. asked them to block my account. dont want to risk to get the mega molah jackpot one day processed to any bank account my grand grand grandfather might have had. ;-))))

If the money were sent to an expired credit/debit card, then the transaction was supposed to be declined by the bank and your money should have been sent back to the casino bank account. From there on, it is just a matter of discussing an alternative payment method... Feel free to submit a complaint against 32Red if your money never arrived one way or another. cocopop3011 and partyhummel
