cocopop3011 Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 Okay, so I'm spinning as normal on Jack and the Beanstalk at Leo Vegas Casino when I get free spins! I manage to unlock the Harps with 3 spins left too. Two harps come in on the reels 1 and 3 and one spin goes by when my all of a sudden my heart races as I see another two harps come in on reels 2 and 4. Then all of a sudden I get a message saying GAME NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. When I knock the game back on my free spins are there waiting for me but it shows different symbols on reels 2 and 4 NO HARPS! I captured a screenshot of the error page and the harps landing on the reels but didn't take it when I went back on the game. The thing is I dont know if the reels had stopped when the error message came on. I thought they had but the second I seen the other harps come in the error message appeared straight away it all happened in a split second. But I expected the harps to be there when I went back into the game! I don't know, do you think I should have a word with live chat or just let it go? If the harps had come in I know I was guaranteed a few hundred quid especially with the the purple symbol appearing there on reel 5! Here is the screenshot, let me know what you think! During the free spins game, I had 2 more spins left... One harp was already on line 2... Then I saw 2 more harps appearing on lines 3 and 4... then the game went DEAD and the same error message came on!!! I went "WTF" loudly...to myself of course...nobody else around... reloaded the game...but the 2 harps were not on lines 3 and 4...just normal icons!!! and again I went "WTFFFFFF" loudly... I had just missed a big win with 3 harps...and with 2 more spins to go... that could have made it 4 or even 5 harps...who knows! I don't believe that was a technical error or malfunction... it was more like a blardy blardy MANual intervention... a possible huge mega-win-on-the-way prevention... The checked and came back said no there isn't which I was disappointed really considering I hadn't received a bonus in a while there. Anyway deposited without a bonus, only to catch up with me emails this morning from yesterday to see actually I was offered a 50% bonus if I made a deposit by the end of yesterday!! Leo Vegas what's going on? There was a time when I couldn't fault your casino and now two mistakes in one game session!! It sounds like there is an issue with the way that the game files are cached on your PC/Mobile so here are instructions on how to correct this. Therefore he is a list of devices and how to clear your cookies and cache per browser. 9 times out of 10 this will resolve the issue you are having. Mozilla Firefox: -Choose Tools, -Options. -Check under the tab called Privacy- -Choose Remove individual cookies. Internet Explorer: -Choose Tools, -Internet Options. -Check under the tab General -Press delete and then delete all cookies. Google Chrome: - Click Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. -Select Tools. -Select Clear browsing data. -Use checkboxes to select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files". -Click "Clear browsing data". Safari: -Open Safari if it is not already open. -Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy. -Click Details. -Select one or more website that stores cookies, and then click Remove or Remove All. -When you finish removing websites, click Done. On your iPhone: From the Home screen, choose Settings > Safari. Tap Clear Cookies.
