They seem like a nice casino,i have played there,so far deposited 3 times,unfortunately not any withdraw yet,but must say their bonuses are a bit to much to wager,maybe next time i will play without bonus!

I did play with them back in July. A decent brand should say, however I find their support as a bit slow as well as not prepared enough with some sort of questions. I had one of my worst chats with casino support ever with Optibet when asking about the winner list of their Hot As Hades promotion.

At first they told me they don't have info regarding the winners from this promo. When I insist to receive such information from someone from Optibet team, all of a sudden support told me there wasn't a big winner yet and they were going to wait till that winner reply back to their winner message and it would take 7 days... Then I requested more info on the way and time the random draw took place but received a total denial... Then it became ugly cause I was pissed off and unleashed all my 'spiritual and verbal' capabilities...

 

Overall, decent casino brand with poor support.
