if a casino loses the ag certificate of trust , shouldn't that also affect their casino rating score on AG... you shouldn't get to stay above 9 points that should automatic drop of at least 3 points.

There will be no further comments from AG on the matter in hand, as I feel we have exhausted all the options here. OP needs to follow the advice from the AGCCS. Topic will be left open for OP to conclude whenever that happens.

I’m not sure if the score went down I can’t answer that - but I will say - the casino has a good history of solving complaints on our site which is one of the reasons why they have a high rating. Things that will reduce this are - negative complaints (that are accepted) negative reviews etc. at the moment we just aren’t getting negative reviews about them to being that rating down. This particular case couldn’t be accepted and that’s very unfortunate and out of my control - but the rating at the moment, based on their behaviour at AG and how other players are rating them is why they have a high score. We also have other reputable members in this forum playing here and having absolutely no issues at all!

From what I gather from your comments, you’re trying to come up with excuses to avoid the issue.

 

First, you got Casinomeister to ban me because of all the information you asked me for, then you say you have nothing else to say. At the very least, after causing that problem, you should have resolved it—that would have been the least you could do.

I did not get CM to ban you - I have zero control over their decision making - nether have I caused any issue. You’re causing your own issues and there’s nothing to solve here. I’ve already waisted enough of my time on this. If I can get hold of the proof from LCB or Guru I will and close this case once and for all. I have done nothing but try and help you from the start. I could have closed your topic ages ago when complaints rejected your case but I’ve allowed you to submit your comments, your “proof”, I’ve taken the time to speak to CM to see what the think about it all and both us and CM agreed on the matter that your proof is not enough to show you didn’t make those bets. So this is now 4 sites that have pretty much concluded this case not in your favour.

I don’t care for what’s on trustpilot - I only care about AG and your accusations towards us, when quite clearly there are other sites who have this casino rated highly. I will not allow you to slander our name.

This case could also have one more outcome but the OP just doesn't want to look that way. 

@bp54's friends must have seen her gamble and maybe in her absence tried to play the balance in order to build a bigger cashout and ended up playing it down to zero. They are now probably gaslighting her into believing that it's the casino. That explains why the bet logs are from her region.

Of course it can have another outcome - there’s always two sides to every story, unfortunately we’ve not been able to hear the casinos side on this occasion. The OP claims the casino submitted fake evidence to LCB and GURU but of course the OP could also have fake pictures. He’s quick enough to accuse the casino of falsifying evidence but his could also be for all we know. I guess we will never know unless I’m able to get the evidence from those two sites which I am trying to do.

Look, the fact that you asked me to post information here after I told you several times to talk to them directly is what caused this.

 

The least you could do is talk to them and explain the situation—that’s all—because if I violated anything, it’s because you requested that information.

Your balance was played down at Deloro. You say that somebody played down your funds at Deloro. 

Mifinity is an e wallet. How can Mifinity send you evidence of someone playing your balance at Deloro?

Have you noticed that since I started this thread, you’ve never once suggested that the casino might have presented false evidence, but in this latest post you’re saying that I might have fabricated false evidence?

As I mentioned earlier, since Mifinity works with Deloro, I spoke with them and ended up filing a complaint with the OAFS in Malta.

 

That’s how I got those logs!

Because the casino never sent them to me, no matter how many times I asked them to provide proof that it was me!

Yeah very bizarre!! How would Mfinity know who made bets in his casino account - they wouldn’t even have access to his account. That’s like saying Skrill can see what bets I make in my casino account because i made a deposit through them - just makes no sense?

@bp54 Sorry can you also submit below whatever proof it was that you attached to your complaint? I have been through your screenshots again and I'm struggling to see exactly which screenshot proves the casino made the bets. You are also reminded that this is my very LAST attempt at this with you.
