My Stake account is liyutong334. On January 23, 2026, I deposited 1500 USDT and placed a bet on a football match, which I won. After settlement, my account balance was 3600 USDT. Immediately after, the platform suspended my withdrawal function and required me to complete the Level 4 Security Verification, which included providing electricity bills for the past three months as part of the Level 3 verification.

Since I have only moved to my new residence for less than two months, it is objectively impossible for me to provide electricity bills for the past three months for the new address. I explained this situation to the platform customer service, and uploaded a one-month electricity bill for the new residence plus a rental contract with the check-in date clearly marked as supporting evidence, but the platform directly rejected this reasonable proof.

Subsequently, I supplemented and submitted the electricity bills for the past three months from my previous residence (official payment records from Alipay, 100% genuine and valid). However, the platform accused me of submitting misleading documents without any substantive evidence, solely on the grounds that the two uploaded bills were for different addresses. Based on this unfounded accusation, the platform permanently banned my account and illegally seized all 3600 USDT in the account (including my principal of 1500 USDT).

I have fully cooperated with the platform's verification requirements throughout the process, and all documents submitted are genuine and valid official certificates. The platform's actions of banning the account and seizing funds are without reasonable basis and seriously violate my legitimate property rights and interests.

My formal demands are as follows:

1. Immediately unban my account liyutong334;

2. Fully refund the total 3600 USDT in my account;

3. Retract the unfounded false accusation of submitting misleading documents.

Hi a welcome to the forum. Regarding your address - did you have your old address linked to your casino account at all? Or did you open the casino account after you moved?
