BetPanda refusing payout

Hello everyone, I have an issue with BetPanda Casino refusing payout saying how my bets are foul play and that their provider found how they are placed early and odds moved in my favor. 

First of all, how is that anyones problem?  They offered odds, anyone is allowed to place bets and now if you win, its a problem. 

They are also using AskGamlbers logo at the bottom of their site to trick people into believingthe site more than they should.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have approved your other post but let’s keep it all in one place here. Which logo are you referring to please?

Hello, I have attache a screenshot yesterday here but it was removed for some reason? 
BetPanda is using your logo on their site to trick people into giving them more credit than they should. 

They have also failed to pay me out my $1500 after I have KYC'd citing this. They are basically saying that betting on lines that move your way is not allowed?!!? 

First of all my account is verified fully, I have used only my own details and they know that. Second of all, all my bets are consitant, meaning I only bet tennis and luckily for me, win. 

They are refusing a payout trying to play their Provider card, which does not make sense, clear scammy way of doing buisness. 
On top of that they are refusing to provide ADR contact in order to escalate this further. 

I'd very much appreciate any help here as they are clearly in the wrong and still refuse to pay out.

Do you mind sharing the bets you wagered on this casino?

I have a feeling that you may have made bets using arbitrage betting method. If that's the case then they have a reason to not pay you but if it's otherwise then you do have a case.

Using A.I. based programs, such as Arbitrage Betting Softwares, are definitely prohibited at all casinos.

I did not use any arbitrage tool, these bets are my own as I watch I lot of tennis and ideally target what i think is valuable. 
There is no tool I was using, so they accusation is false.

How would it be possible for an individual to prove that he did not use any tool? 

I know I didnt use any arbitrage tool and I'd happily prove it if there is a way.

We have reviewed this casino on our site which means they are allowed to display the logo. However, you'll notice we have a very low CasinoRank Score for this casino.

So why allow such Casino to display your logo, when clearly they are citing BS TOS in order to not pay customers that are winning. 
To top it all of they are refusing to provide their ADR contact in order to escalate this further.

Do you remember the bets you placed? I mean the odds and betting amount.

Yes, They are all on tennis, mostly parlays with systems like Lucky, Yankee or whatever I can for safety in case some bet loses. 
Most of my bets are 1.1 to 1.6, however some do go higher, I have almost always picked favorites.

I cant say how many bets for sure, but I've had the account for some 2.5 months, so probably more than 20 for sure. 
Bet stake would depend on what they would give max, since I'm pretty confied of my picks (they are all favs lol).

Last question and most important one. Did you make these bets before the event started or did you make it when  the players had won the first set or were about to win their match or specific game?

Every single bet I have made was pre match, I did not place a single bet live or on any Past Post bets. Simple moneylines, not even spreads or totals.

Those multiple bets of 1.1, I am really concerned about them. This is where the casino has a right to confiscate your winnings as it comes under 'betting with a pattern.'  You should have cashed out after making a few bets every week. But you kept on betting and finally came under their radar. I am sorry but you do not have a case the way I see it

 If you want to go ahead with a complaint, go ahead.  But the moment you say you bet on multiple events with odds ranging from 1.1....it's over.
