Slot froze during a bonus round

I was in the middle of a bonus round when the slot suddenly froze. When I refreshed, the bonus was gone and I’m not sure if the win was counted. Has anyone dealt with this before, and how do casinos usually handle it?

Yeah, I've had this problem several times before over the years. After refreshing the game the bonus game would usually recover back to where it stopped, with the frozen spin already done and counted for.

On rare occasions, the entire bonus game would have been completed by itself and any additional wins from the remaining bonus spins would have been added into your balance.

However, if the bonus game does not recover again after refreshing the game, restart your game from the lobby one more time and this would usually recover the frozen bonus game.

If none of the above works for you, then you need to inform the casino and they will refer the case to the game provider for a solution. This will of course cause a delay of several days if not weeks!

yes this happens but these days its rare because the calculations are being done in a micro second : I suggest recording using a screen recorder all of your sessions I've got a collection these days because of events from the past : I've had that situation happen and nothing was actioned on both occasions was put down to a technical error but its getting rarer because the errors and other tricks being employed are being reduced to pauses that are hard to spot this is where I think their messing with the RNG like when a hit is meant to occur but is possibly being overridden somehow I don't know how a dummy server or an AI structuring  a false outcome but the master server I think can only be avoided partially not totally is why I know the days are numbered their going to trip up along the way karma is a patient lady she sips cups of tea and gets around like lightning .

it happens with Iron Dog slots too and when you reload the slot it usually lets you continue the feature

You mean after you voluntarily throw away a potential win a game reset basically throws a bucket of water onto the bbq .

it does sometimes seem like they deliberately slow down the action, you lock a wild or two or the mammoth reel on 1MMWBC and the game decides to stop playing the feature.  why wouldn't they fix this "bug". the momentum is on the players side so in a way it's like the provider/casino calling for a timeout...

I get what you’re saying. Tech has reduced errors a lot, but transparency still matters.

In summary to my earlier comments I've seen the industry develop over the course of 15 years their 

out to make profit and we the players are out to make profit as well but fair conditions is a major factor 

if indeed there is corruption in the industry one must keep in mind something : 

"Where there is a left there is a right , And with each transaction between people there is an exchange of energy" 

where some may think they can cheat the universe and powers that be I assure you that this is not the case 

there will be a reckoning .

I've encountered this kind of problem before playing Pragmaticplay and PlayNgo games, but I didn't lose my free spins bonus winnings because the bonus didn't disappear after refreshing the page.
