So the best thing now is to wait for a week or so and see if there's any new progress. Quote

They also say this may be a practice of the casino, so that the player gives up on the withdrawal and ends up gambling away their winnings. My requested withdrawal is €2,000, and I am seriously doubtful whether I will receive it at all. The replies from the support team are the same every time: “you need to wait a little longer, we don’t have updated information, the withdrawal is in progress,” and so on. I am wondering whether I should file a complaint through AskGamblers and whether that would actually lead to any results. Quote
