Yes I did it long time a go, and still waiting. Now almost past this 24 hours. 

Now I don't know how to proceed 

If someone have a same issue or can help me will be good because the wining it's not not small

@Blanco88 Usually when a big amount is involved, the approval process would take several days to even a few weeks due to account scrutinisation needed to be done. So the best thing now is to wait for a week or so and see if there's any new progress.

I read on another forum that other players have had to wait up to a week to withdraw their winnings in the range of €100–€1,000, and only after filing complaints and a lot of back-and-forth with the support team. They also say this may be a practice of the casino, so that the player gives up on the withdrawal and ends up gambling away their winnings.
My requested withdrawal is €2,000, and I am seriously doubtful whether I will receive it at all.
The replies from the support team are the same every time: “you need to wait a little longer, we don’t have updated information, the withdrawal is in progress,” and so on.
I am wondering whether I should file a complaint through AskGamblers and whether that would actually lead to any results.

I would suggest wait until 7 working days are over, then you can file a complaint here using AGGCS.
