I had photo and email proof. Just starting this and recording this entire timeframe just to cover myself in case I don’t get payed out. This is day one I’ll give it a week and see what the consensus of this is.

It is a standard practice for casinos to do a thorough investigation and scrutinisation of a player's account whenever a large withdrawal claim is made. The timeframe involved may vary a lot depending on the casino, ranging from about 1 week to even maybe a few months!

So be patient, give it some time and please update us too here.

In general, at most online casinos, when a withdrawal request exceeds a significant amount, the casino must conduct a thorough check to verify that the player has complied with the casino's terms and conditions, and especially the bonus conditions.
