I made a withdrawal on casino prestige 721 for the amount of £1050. It has been returned to my account now twice and I have been advised to re-withdraw twice. I made my first withdrawal order on the 16th of November 2025 and I’m still waiting as of today I have had to make a new withdrawal on. They said this was due to technical errors. I just want my  money!!

Hi and welcome to the forum! Have you attempted the second withdrawal and they gave you the same excuse?

Hi, did you already upload any documents for verification (ID, proof of address, payment method)? Casinos often cancel withdrawals silently until KYC is fully approved – that’s usually the real reason behind “technical errors”.
