partyhummel
... my complaint of round 1200 € was also unresolved because the europlay-criminals didnt respond. my complaint to the curacao gambling comission was not replied to, either. My consequence is to avoid any casino which is licensed from that jurisdiction run by part-time amateurs...

Well...not every casino licensed by the Curacao Authority are rogue...or crooks...or unreliable. Most Playtech casinos are licensed by them and most of Playtech casinos are very reliable... except for a few rogue ones...but thankfully most of them have already closed down... except for this one blardy Europlay Casino that still manages to stay online and go on operating!!! Something is blardy wrong somewhere...I can tell you that much!

Afi4wins
how much did they owe you? Total of $895...from 2 unpaid withdrawals. I was cheated into playing the first $495 after Stefan promised me he would then pay the other $400. BLOODY LIAR!!!

partyhummel
they all depend on the non existent curacao social wellfare system now, i hope. ;-) this has been the first bancruptcy for more than a decade i have been happy about. and i deeply wish those mafia jerks they havea bucket full of problems, now. Afi4wins
Hahaha...I hope so too! But being the dirty rats that they are, if they are not behind bars, they will find a way to survive! So it's only safe for people like us when they are locked up for good!
ValDes
@partyhummel, I would really appreciate if you not using such kind of language, even when we talk about proven rogue casinos here with a dreadful history of stealing players money. Have already asked you in another thread, but will ask you here again. Did you ever get any help from the Euro Play Casino's licesning authority, Curacao in this case? So, it appears that Curacao e-Gaming never replied to a formal complaint submitted some several months ago?! Frankly speaking I have no reasonable explanation to this disturbing fact, unless the minor error you did with the emails. You wrote to compliance at curacao-egaming.com when you were supposed to send your complaint to complaints at curacao-egaming.com In your place, I would submit a new formal complaint immediately. And if they fail to address my issue and help me, I will make sure the whole world to know what they could expect as so called 'players protection' from this licensing authority. partyhummel
how likely would be any success after europlay went bancrupt already?
ValDes
how likely would be any success after europlay went bancrupt already? I don't know if any success would be likely or not, however what I know for sure is that an honest licensing authority is obliged to address a valid players complaint and reply back of course. If it fails doing that, it means that it is just as shady and dodgy as the aforementioned casino operator and players should avoid it as plague. partyhummel
well... thats exactly the reason why i avoid curacao licensed casinos strictly...
raverbabe
Sorry to say but this place is really dodgy. They throw no depost bonuses at you endlessly in the hope of getting you to deposit but if you ever do, don't even think about trying to make a withdrawal. Should be blacklisted everywhere. Sorry to hear you got conned friend.
