Europlay casino - does not pay profits

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I won 3000 euros at Europlay Casino.
I requested a withdrawal of 3000 euro 21 Oktober 2014.

I am still waiting on my money.

I have hatft contact with Europlay Casino over 20 times only via online support and each time they promise me money soon.

Europlay casino never answers emails

Europlay casino promise me again and again every week, every day, for a few hours.
Do not worry, you will get your money, it's their quotes.

Euro Play Casino is lying all the time, excuses, blames technical error all sorts of excuses.

Is there anyone on the forum who can help how I should go about to get my money?

Is there anyone else who has been affected and have received their money?

Grateful for all the help I can get, help me stop the bandits!

OH MY GOD!!!  :shok:

Yet another player bought their bait and got hooked on their fishing line!   :diablo:

I'm really really really P-PISSED OFF with these Europlay people! The gambling commission should step in and just strike off their license!

Ahana...sorry you got caught in their trap...as many many others had too...including myself!

For your info, these guys have been dishing out the blardy same excuses all the time to everybody!

"It's still under processing"

"Don't worry, you'll get your money soon"

and all that blardy bulls-sshit they tell you!

My withdrawal claim was made in February 2014, followed by another one in March 2014.

6 months later, they promised me to pay the second withdrawal amount but I have to just play my first withdrawal amount and not claim it...

Like a blardy fool, I bought their lies again...just because I had wanted to get at least my second withdrawal of $400.

Now coming to 9 months...and STILL NO PAYMENT!!!  :diablo:

Sorry Ahana...I have tried so many ways to get my money...without any success.

If I do get it from them one of these months, I'll be blardy lucky!!!

And please FORGIVE my foul language...I'm not usually like this...except with these Europlay people!

Hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. :)

Unfortunately, what Afi4wins said in his post is true. :( This casino is having an impressive collection of complaints here at AskGamblers, most of them concerning delayed and declined payments and various stalling tactics. Full complaint history here - http://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/euro-play-casino-casino-review/complaints

You could try to submit a complaint against them though. You never know, miracles do happen near Christmas.

Hello Afi4wins and Valdes!

Thanks for your replies.
I have filed complaints AskGamblers.com and latestcasinobonuses.com current Europlay casino. But nothing happens because the Euro Play Casino unresponsive.

I have also emailed to [email protected], who apparently handles licensing and monitoring out of the Europlay casino, but has not received a response from either.

I didnt know the site Askgamblers before. I was on latestcasinobonuses.com before, there is no Europlay casino blacklisted.

But my question can really do nothing?

How is it allowed to a casino can rob customers without being punished?

If you rob a bank, you get to prison for several years.

Does anyone know how to proceed in order to stop these bandits?

Something must be able to type police report, Europol or ????????

If we can do nothing, I will have to launch a casino and become a millionaire by tricking people and bask in the beach

How can it be possible otherwise?

Grateful for any suggestions on how to stop the Euro Play Casino (thieves) ????

Aaaah, Seat...you do know me well enough!  ^_^  :friends:

Yes, indeed, anybody or anything that gets such foul words from me certainly deserves them...because foul language is usually used only between me and myself! Hahahaha.  :D

I can assure you AskGamblers has done its utmost to help all these players, experiencing payment troubles with Euro Play casino. Sometimes we have a success, sometimes our efforts left in vane, however we are trying hard to help.

What's most important in situations like that is where's the licensing authority actually? How it is even possible to leave a player's complaint unanswered? What exactly this authority could do to defend player's rights in such situations?....:(

Say what you like...but there are times when such occurrences are purposely seen with one eye closed...probably even by some members of the Gambling Regulatory bodies...after shaking hands under the table!

I'm not accusing...but just saying the probability. It's not uncommon everywhere! :(

I still can not understand how to be powerless against rogue casino.

Normally it has a debt to someone and do not pay then do the bailiff to recover a debt out of your assets and sell them and pay your debt.

But rogue casinos can run wild without the risk either get rid of the license or damages. And continue to suck money without penalty

How the ***** is it possible ????

Can anyone answer the question ????

Welcome to the reality of online gambling industry where everyone is promising you'll be the next millionaire...:(

I can assure you most of us gone through situations like yours at certain point of their 'online gambling' career. Then we all learned, the hard way, that we should search, check and examine carefully any casino we intend to join BEFORE registration and deposit took place. Maybe reading this guide could help you reconsider the way you approach to a new casino a bit - How to choose an online casino safely?

Hi!
I understand nothing if not Curacao Gaming Commission trouble?

Whose problem is it otherwise?

It is the Curacao Gaming Commission, which manages the license and supervision by Europlay Casino.

I have also emailed to Curacao Gaming Commission with no response, emailed again today too.

Begin to suspect cheating here, suspect the Europlay casino pays Curacao Gaming Commission to keep quiet, which in turn may continue to carry on their criminal activities, or the Curacao Gaming Commission involved too.

Here they serve millions without risking jail !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From which country is the Curacao Gaming Commission based?

From which country is the Euro Play Casino based?

Does anyone know a casino Journal (says a newspaper that writes about internet casino) that will receive the assignment and review the Curacao Gaming Commission and Euro Play Casino

Who can stop the Euro Play Casino and the Curacao Gaming Commission from their criminal activities ??????????

I recommend you to try to calm down a bit first. I know we talk about a serious amount of money here, but being harsh and acting unreasonable is not going to help you much. You said you wrote to Curacao E-Gaming, now give them some time to respond.

ahanasyryoye, steverich has sent you a new personal conversation entitled "euro play thieves". steverich said: ====================================================================== Hi. I have had the same problem as you, £5000, 8 Weeks, no payment from Europlay. I have contacted Curacao Gaming commission by phone and they said it wasn't their problem! Since then I have sent 5 emails to Curacao GC, all ignored. Im stuck now! ======================================================================

Hi Valdes!

I have given Euro Play Casino 5 weeks to pay my money I've lost. Euro Play Casino has promised me every day

I have given Curacao E-Gaming 4 days. Not a single word from them.

How many days do you think it is reasonable until you get the money ??

There are others who have been affected also who have emailed Curacao E-Gaming without answers

I'm afraid there's nothing we could do with when it comes to the licensing jurisdictions and authorities. :(

As for Euro Play Casino, they have just received a new Blacklist message - http://prntscr.com/5azheo

Pardon me mate...but I think the words used there are rather MILD!

A much stronger cautionary advice would be more appropriate...

'Players are strongly advised to stay away from playing at Europlay Casino' until such a time when the casino has shown reasonable reliability!'

Dear Ganowe,

When it comes to reliability the official authorities in Curacao do not have such a great reputation, I am sorry to say.  Have you ever considered trying to bribe the E-gaming commission?   (sorry ValDes). That usually helps the good cause  ;)

As usual, your feedback is most welcome, mate.

However, let's see the facts. Euro Play casino has 60 published complaints, 3 are still ongoing, 23 are unresolved and 35 are successfully resolved eventually. Their ration of solved versus all published complaints is 58% and I can assure you that's rather goOd result for such type of casino, which is known to be recidivist when it comes to delayed or declined payments.

Anyways, with or without good percentage of solved cases they are part of our Blacklist. And considering the fact that AskGamblers encounters millions of unique visits on a monthly basis you could draw your own conclusions what's happening with this casino's popularity.

Fair enough mate. But for a person like me, and others too, who have unpaid money due to them, we would certainly want stern words to deter others from biting their blardy bait of 400% - 500% bonuses and getting hooked in the end, with little or no chance of breaking free.  :(

Perhaps none of those mentioned cases have suffered as I have...yes, Europlay Casino was paying before, even to me...but not lately. It's now almost 9 months since they promised to pay me, with their deceitful words of assurance and not to worry, but I have yet to see my money. 9 months, mind you...not to mention the first $450 which I had to play and waste away, as they told me to, in order to get my second $400...but will it be coming at all? I really doubt it! That's was pure deceit and pure bull-sshitting me all the way.

Sorry for the ranting mate. You should know how I am feeling about Europlay...  <_<

The problem with the euro Play casino is that they have no explanation for why they do not pay.

They just promise nothing happens. These people are psychopaths, they just drives people crazy with all their lies and promise.

It would be interesting if you found out about the Euro Play casino economy, customers and their turnover.

Where can you find facts about the company's finances and customers?

I'm afraid, you cannot find such information unless the company behind the casino is publicly traded and listed in the stock exchange market.

Serious

Does anyone know what country Europlay Casino is based?

I want to know first, maybe greet them personally or hire a lawyer and sue casinos for good.

There seems to be a corrupt industry (casino industry)

Everyone pays all to keep quiet and be able to operate the business.

All involved Euro Play Casino, Curacao eGaming and Playtech.

That's why no one responds to emails or other

I think everyone should enter the online support anonymously and mock Europlay casino next to threaten them if they do not start paying benefits.
