Okay, is this better explanation? Both NextGen and Nyx (Interactive) are softwares. What are they doing here together and what is their relationship? Same as Microgaming and Quickfire?

I think both companies merged back in 2010 or 2011, not quite sure about the correct year. Which means they are one and the same, a gaming software provider. Not a 100% sure though...

NextGen Gaming is a subsidiary firm of NYX Interactive I believe so they are essentially the same company but NextGen Gaming is the developer. So NYX Interactive owns NextGen Gaming basically.
