They don't verifie your documents when you make a deposit there.

it's strange

 

They say to me :

"we respect the private life of our custumers."

 

this casino is interesting because you can play roulette with 0,01c until

They have slots there. I don't know which software they use.

The answer of your question is NO, they are not legit at all. No https supported, no licence info, no registration form, etc etc...
