Unfortunately, their reps did not respond at all although they received 4 notification emails and there wasn't anything else we could do in this case. However, have in mind that most probably they will jump in in a later stage when your payment will be finally on its way, at least this is my personal experience with their reps so far. So, don't be so fast with your judgement for our complaint service. Miracles do happen here, trust me, I'm the guru! Ahhhh...thank you Guru mate. In this special case, I'll leave my briefcase open...for the money to drop in! In every other aspect, I'll keep my fingers, legs, toes, and whatever-else-I-can crossed and hope for the best.
