thanks for the info fb,but many of us here are allready depositors there,well I am,I like their casino,yes specially their customer support ,but i dont like theirs wagering requirements of the bonuses they give,if they changed them ,I might consider to deposit there again,so far nope!

Yesterday I chatted online with Slotobank.

 

I excluded myself in August but forgot how long some went to confirm.

 

I had a good run there. Very nice place.

 

Then the hammer hit when I read their reviews online. They were awful.

 

I went to read the terms and conditions and everyone was right.

 

Max cashout when bonus is taken is 2k

They look for every reason to use the terms and conditions not to pay.

 

This is not me talking. It's what's written online. Google it yourself.

 

They are on another forums black list.

 

 

Anyway.... To make a long story short.... I spoke to them yesterday and told them I excluded because of he reviews. He said it was competitors doing it. I told him to go and read himself.

 

If this original poster who opened account here after I spoke to him is not an employee of Slotobank, then I .........

 

 

On my part, I loved this place. Slots are loose, games are amazing. But the reviews killed it for me.

 

 

He was a nice guy. Very respectful. Maybe the same dude. Same type of spelling errors on our chat. Lol

Slotobank in my opinion isn't that good as you claim they are. They don't offer any live games. For me that is a big con, sorry. Fast supports? I surely believe you, but they are not unique in that. Many casinos offer excellent and fast live support. Sorry....

Good support is an important factor to take in consideration, but how about some awsome bonusses, and some extraordinary freebees? Without these I don't see  why Slotobank should be a favourable casino. Sorry.....

Many people have claimed non payment due to their T&C. If that is the only problem then will all due respect to any player..... It is your responsibliy to read them.

 

Slotobank got a bad rap from many people. Did they deserve it? I dunno.

 

I made one deposit. 250. Reached 4k. Read reviews, read terms. Panicked. Blew it all away.

I had a perfectly good experience at Slotobank and a withdrawal that was processed and received. Whilst I had an issue with their wagering percentages this has now been changed. I have no issue in recommending this casino personally but I too have read bad things about them

True Johnny, but if Slotobank's T/C aren't so good as those of other casinos, then it is fair to write a rather negative review about it, or? For example impossible wageringrequirements and stuff like that. It is an important aspect of online gambling.

yes true,although I managed ,somehow to wager theirs bonus ,but it took me all day of playing,and when I asked for cashout ,they reverse the money to my account ,because they were asking for documents and had to wait till Wednesday ,because they have 2 days in the week when you can cash out ,so my 300 euros ,I spend them till that Wednesday ! so no way I will deposit there again !

I only didnt know about theirs cashout days,the rest of it I did know ! but to wager bonus in such requirements its really difficult !

Seems like you are forgetting that players have the exclusive right to compare the service they got from casinos.

This happened to me too and even though I mentioned it on Ask Gamblers at the time, it really wasn't a big deal .. Looking back. I don't require my winnings immediately so so etching like will not bother me now
