Lucky13
We have just received two emails from casinos listed on AskGamblers - Planet23 Casino and Royal Apollo Casino. Planet23 states that will terminate their affiliate program only. We'll see what will happen next, due very bad processor userd by Rival Gaming. Dear affiliates, This Sunday, the 27th of June, I was notified by the owners of Planet23 of the termination of my employment. Sadly, my working at Planet23 has come to an end. Due to owners and investors policy, the company took a decision to terminate all affiliate deals within the immediate time until they solve management issues with RIVAL. I (sadly but formally) ask you to take us off your domains and from any other activity until a further formal notice made by Planet23. Any future communication with Planet23 should and will be made via this address: affiliates [at] planet23 [dot] com Planet23 management will be available for your questions at this address. I wish you all the best, A. Royal Apollo made their final decision about shutting down casino and affiliate program. Dear affiliates, Due to the ongoing issues we are having with processing and Rival management we will be closing down our site in the next few days. We are committed to providing top standards of gaming and support to both players and affiliates. This decision was not easy, but the ongoing issues are not allowing us to offer these standards. Please terminate all affiliate deals within the immediate , we hope (we can't enforce this as its Rival that holds all fees), that Rival will respect and honor the current and future revenue that you are entitled to. Thank your, Michael and Emma, Royal Apollo Affiliates Interesting part is that for both casinos we have opened complaints which are still not solved. Casinos are not responding, and now we see why. scuter
It's a pity that what is quite an excellent software platform is managed by chimpanzees in suits. At least, this is what I am assuming. If they didn't wear suits, how could they have fooled so many casino operators into going into business with them? They must have been wearing excellent suits. alfreed
Any idea what this mean for players with money in these casinos? Will withdrawals be honored by the official owners Silverstone Overseas Limited/Bonne Chance NV (they seem to own the majority of Rival casinos)? I want my €9k! casinoblisters
Something shady is happening
scuter
I want my €9k! I am not religious but I shall pray for you. Saying it's likely your best shot seems morbidly cynical. *seems*. sigh. That's a sigh for us both. Something shady is happening I was first led to believe this may be the case when I was staring at a Blackjack hand paid at 1:1 instead of 2:1 as per the felt it hovered on top of. This was some time back. I did my best to make the issue a matter of public record. I had told many people in the months between then and now that Rival are incredibly risky and that, frankly, I couldn't see any 'endgame' working out in their favour.... Ugh, I'm being an "I told you so" type. That's not a type that will be 'appreciated' when houses of cards come tumbling down.
casinoblisters
The blackjack payout issue was just stupid on their part.
blackjack
does this mean that the software provider will keep the casinos running?

scuter
The blackjack payout issue was just stupid on their part. Succinctly correct. Every aspect was just pure stupidity on Rival's part. Allowing the issue to even occur, not addressing it whilst I complained privately, then wall of silence / zero damage control from Rival once it was very public...and then allowing the idiotic Tradition representative to say things like "the number of blackjack hands you get is dependant on skill level" [paraphrased] in the public domain to justify Rival's 'audit' [proved to be false by statistics showing their claim for BJ hands was a 0% possibility occurrence].... ....all unfathomably stupid. Which is why I couldn't see any possible endgame which didn't involve collapse.
alfreed
Looks like the Planet23 website has been turned into an affiliate web site promoting a bunch of other (non-Rival) casinos.
Lucky13
Wow, this is unbelievable! Domain owners are probably very anger on Rival by doing this. Wish them good luck in affiliate business
