Jcwall55
Hello I want a little advice really I used to have a problem but keep it under control with a deposit limit ( with Gala casino) I recently broke my bank card and registered the new one and continued playing with limits. However over the bank holiday weekend after a few drinks tried to deposit more and it allowed me to deposit as much as want . I didn't realise this till the morning and phoned customer services who said that it was not right and the computer had reset my deposit limit without asking? They are checking into it any ideas what may happen ?
cocopop3011
Have you opened a complaint? You can do so by clicking the following link http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/ Welcome to our forum by the way, I'm sorry to here about your problems and it's disappointed to hear Gala Casino did not respect your wishes with your deposit limits. Did the casino give you a timescale in which they would get back to you? ValDes
Jcwall55
Thanks they said in 72 hours and they may be able to sort it without a complaint I was just wondering if this had happened previously and where do I stand ? Is there Any chance I will get my deposits back if the company is at fault the lady on the phone agreed with me that the deposit limit had not be changed by myself

I would wait the 72 hours for them to respond and if they don't respond within this timescale that is when I would escalate to a complaint. I would like to think that yes you would get your deposits back, as I know casinos take such situations seriously. Deposit limits are there for a reason and casinos must adhere to 'responsible gambling' so when such boundaries have been removed in error by a casino and not a player they have to take some kind of action to resolve it!
