No laughing, no way, congrats, you need to chech what is the max.cashout for the bonus that you claimed,go to live chat support and ask them if you met wager requirements, if casino doesnt have live support, email them. or go to cashier, and there you may see how much did you playtrough your bonus.

I strongly believe that you did met your wager req.

most likely that max. cash out, is 100 pounds, euros or so, and you may need to deposit first in order to ask for withdrawal. Did you use  AG bonus ?

First you should see or ask the chat support,did you wager the nodeposit bonus and depends on what casino you are playing at.Some of them will give you the same amount what is the bonus and some of them 50 euros if it is RTG they give 180 euros or $,so depends in what casino did you play,as i can see you didnt write the name of the casino,so that way ,we will just guessing the amount of the nodeposit bonus.And NO no matter in what casino you played,noone will give you that amount of money from free chip.

There are many factors that will come into play when deciding whether or not you are entitled to your winnings. The major one being, as Awena has already mentioned, YOUR WAGERING.

 

Your no deposit bonus would have come with a certain play-through requirement, so you would need to meet this requirement before you can request a withdrawal.

 

This information can be found in the casinos terms or conditions or you can ask support. Once you find out what the play-through is you then need to know how much you have already completed of that amount. Once you complete it all any money left in your account is yours to KEEP!

If is no deposit bonus, there shouldnt be deposit plus bonus wager, only bonus because it is no deposit, now for max.cashout I dont understand if is 100 why you can withdraw only 60. 

But it is no deposit and unfortunately there are limits. 

Maybe you should ask live support and clarify this cashout.

250 times playthrough thats HUUUGE! and only a 60 max withdrawal. Not the best terms for a no deposit bonus, there are plenty of no deposit bonuses out there that carry much more respectable terms than that. I wagered the same no deposit bonus some time ago and they payed very fast. You have to deposit 25 euros first and ask for a withdrawal of 85 total. They will send you an email with the documents needed for verification. Have a scanned ID or passport and one utility bill with your user name and the name of the casino written on them. I used Paint. You will also need to print out the form they send and fill it in then scan it and send it too. They will pay for sure.
