garyleeshannon
I have no idea how online casinos get away with this sort of behaviour. Never used Titan casino before so I joined up yesterday ended up depositing 1400, during that time I received 120 in bonuses which I didn't ask for. With my last bit of cash I managed to get it upto 3600 on roulette. I tried to withdraw it without any joy, so I phoned them up twice but both times saying I wasn't fussed about the bonus and they could take it off, but they said I had too wait as they had to email someone. So I thought bugger it I then ended up playing slots and wagered about 1000, ended the session on 3400, so tried withdrawing it without any joy. So I tried withdrawing 800, which it allowed me to do so but said I would lose my bonuses which I was fine with as I was well up, only too be stunned as my balance went from 3400 too 404, so I had gone from being on 3400, too 404 and a withdrawal of 800, so nearly 200 down. So I rung them up too complain they said I should of waited for the email, and fobbed me off, eventually I cancelled the withdrawal of 800, lost that and the 404, plus another 200 all because I was chasing. Even though I was well up how can they take off 2200, all they gave me was a measly 120 in bonuses???, can casinos do this????
ValDes
Hey Gary and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. Maybe it is a better idea to use our complaint service and submit a complaint against the casino in question. Let me know if you need further assistance. Because you had the 120 in bonuses and started playing with it then your funds become tied within that bonus until you have met the wagering requirements! Was you aware that you would have wagering requirements but accepting a bonus?
garyleeshannon
I played on my mobile, it automatically added it without me agreeing too it, when I was on 3600, I did ask them too take it off, but too take off 2200 for 120 in bonuses is a joke. HI Garyleeshannon, Cocopop is right about this. I am sorry for you, but wether or not you asked for bonus, when you start playing when you received a bonus is accepting a bonus. It is not my rule, but a general terms & conditions of 'all ' online casinos. All the money you may have won from this point is considered to be bonuswinnings, wich will be transferred to your real money balance once you've met the wageringrequirements. Obviously I cannot tell if the amounts you are mentioning are correct, but by making an withdrawel while the bonus was not played through, you only can witdraw what was left from your initial deposit. Your bonuswinnings are in this case confiscated by the casino (as stated in the casino's T/C) Again, sorry (I know you did not want to hear this). cocopop3011

Yes, the welcome bonus is automatic with your first deposit. If you don't wish to receive the welcome bonus you need to contact live help before depositing or once you have deposited contact them to take the bonus off BEFORE you start playing. The minute you place one bet your using that bonus. I know you contacted them to take the bonus off but unfortunately that's not how it works! The bonus can indeed be taken off but all the winnings incurred whilst using the bonus will also be forfeited. In a perfect world we would all love to just be able to take the bonus off without loosing the winnings but I doubt that will EVER happen! You can try opening a complaint like Valdes said ... You never know. Although I don't hold much hope but I do wish you luck and keep us informed.

Johnnygotthebone
I barely played on titAn. Actually I don't even remember to be honest Playtech pulled out of canada? If casino.com has playtech, then they are still here. I had opened an account once there and I think it was playtech?
Luciana
See this thread - http://www.askgamblers.com/forum/topic/3314-playtech-europartners-pulls-out-of-netherlands-and-finland/ And especially word canada in the link in the first post. Think that they excluded Canada at first, in purpose or any mistake, but they changed their mind, pulling out only Finland and Netherlands.. That's why it stayed in my mind and in this link, obviously ValDes
Johnnygotthebone
Canada does not have a gambling law. If I win 1000000000000 dollars at 77blue casino..... I pay no tax. Or first ten months of work is all for taxes between income, property, business, gaz taxes and more. Hey....... We need a candy too! No taxes on winnings. Luciana
That's nice...our taxes on lucky winnings are 20% here probably that's why nobody doesn't honestly report the real income. Thefttttttt
