Just trying to reach out to see if anyone has ever been paid by Monarchs Casino?  Won money back in May and I still haven't received anything.

I am very familiar with the process and I know it doesn't take this long.

I keep getting the same excuses which just are not good enough anymore...

Hi nancy and welcome to our forum.My suggestion to you would be ,next time you join some of the casinos,why dont you check  the ratings of the casino and its complaints ,which they are plenty of them,like Monarch Casino.The best thing to do now, is to submit a complaint here at Askgamblers site and hope they will help you to be solved!

Hi nancy, as Katemak mentioned you can indeed open a complaint here. In the mean time if you like you can give us some more details regarding the withdrawals, like what steps have been actioned so far and I'm sure one of our members here will be able to offer you some advice

Like katemak and cocopo3011 advised already, you should pay more attention when joining a casino in the future as it definitely spare you lots of troubles like the ones you are having right now with Monrachs Online.

 

Hope your complaint here will get a fair and fast resolution soon.

As long as you won your money from either own cash or your first free chip you will get paid Nancy they took nearly 3 months to pay me but I did get it thanks to Askgamblers complaint section it really works!
