Winstler Casino Withholds Player Winnings

I want to warn other players about Winstler Casino.

After completing full KYC verification, I won €19,000 on Live Blackjack (no bonuses used). When I requested a withdrawal, they closed my account and kept all my winnings, claiming a “breach of Terms” without proof.

They only refunded €290 of my €500 deposits and have ignored all my emails for over a month. Even the licensing authority Anjouan Gaming has not responded.

Please be careful — this casino is not trustworthy.

They never provided any proof or explained which term I supposedly breached. I will also upload a photo with my winnings.

I have already emailed Anjouan Gaming about this issue, but I haven’t received any reply from them so far.

If anyone can suggest any other action I can take, I’d really appreciate it.

No, I wasn’t card counting.

It’s not even possible to do that in online Live Blackjack, since the cards are constantly shuffled and there’s no fixed deck to count from. I played fairly and followed all the rules, without using any bonuses or external tools. Their accusation simply doesn’t make sense and seems like an excuse to avoid paying legitimate winnings.

when you say online live blackjack you mean computer blackjack and not live dealer blackjack right?

because compute blackjack is not called live blackjack, the live is used when it's a live dealer.
