I was reading this complaint on this forum. I feell for this dude.

 

All slots did even worse to me but I won't even bother to get into it.

 

To complainer, relax a bit. Take it from me. Ranting will get u nowhere.

 

U r right. 30 days to see your money???? Wow. Unacceptable.

 

I closed my account at all slots without regret. I will never play again. They have the worst possible customer service.

 

They keep telling this poor guy they have not received his papers..... Lol. Maybe they want him to do a reverse withdrawal? Unbelievable.

In all fairness the support are answering the complaint and trying to help!

 

To be honest I can't remember whether or not I have made a withdrawal from all slots casino! Maybe a year ago I think I may have.

 

In all fairness if the documents are big then they will fail to deliver - it's happened to me many a times. I think if the person making the complaint just sends the documents via seperate emails like they have been asked the problem would soon be resolved.

 

The casino obviously haven't received the documents - whether it be the players fault or the casinos, if they haven't received them they haven't received them. Not much they can do. They obviously have no issue in making the withdrawal - on receipt of valid documents.

Yes but it makes you wonder why it has gone on 30 days. If it was me I'd be chasing it every day and I would make sure that I speak to live help. Check their opening times and be there to speak to someone.

 

I would also use some common sense and send my documents in seperate emails and size them right down so they are under 1mb. This is a process that takes under a minute using a photo sharing site and could potentially wrap this complaint up straight away!

Could also be a stalling tactic to make the poor guy reverse.

 

On e with BGO, they wanted me to open a wallet to get paid 15000 canadian

I pleaded for a wire. They said no

I pleaded for a cheque, they said no

 

They wanted me to cash out ukash???

They wanted to pAy back a prepaid card that was already in the garbage.

 

 

I lost it all. Psychologically it is not fair to any player to be stressed when a withdrawal is asked for. It should be instant. Like the deposit.

Lol Johnny...in a perfect world yes! But this isn't a perfect world!

 

I personally do not think its a stalling tactic to get the player to reverse, support are obviously trying to help. They wouldn't bother trying to help if that was the case.

 

Also I've just checked the All Slots website, I'm not quite sure why they player doesn't try to send the documents to the email address supplied on the website and they can forward them to the relevant department??

 

Who knows!

 

I am sure the player will receive their winnings though.

I know the "what to expect when your expecting" book by heart.

To the guy who filed this complaint.

 

Send multiple emails. One id at a time. I think there is a way with hotmail or gmail to get proof of receipt

 

Google how to do it.

 

 

Also. Deal with someone else. I never heard a customer rep speak to a client like this.

 

 

Even my latest complaint which involved F word emails to the casino didn't get sarcastic rough responses like this.

 

I dunno who handle these complaints but if it is Val des, I am sure u will get results.

 

If I may suggest, after you receive your funds, maybe u should close the all slots account as they have caused u so much stress.

 

It is impossible that they have taken 30 days to fix this. Giving them the benefit of the doubt is not an option this time.

Club gold took ages with my last withdrawal. Did I explode NO did I get my money YES

 

I got mine within just a few days to neteller when I made my first and only withdrawal from here. What payment method were ya using coco?

Who cares how he deposits???? He played, won. Wants his money. Why are they totally trying to ***** this poor guy. 6700 dollars!!!! Jesus.

Wow!...if this women had just deposited using her own card and had her own neteller account as opposed to her nephews it would have been much easier

 

But I understanding it must be frustrating when you have so much to cash out and then it's refused. I hope the lady gets her money on this one. Doesn't look like the casino have replied to her yet though

WOW OK so now they are saying they recieved my photo id but still need a utility bill when I sent a stamped bank statement that I used to claim my money at 2 other casinos!!! and my bf pays the utilities, ALSO now all a sudden they are asking for the front and back of my credit card to be scanned when I have 20-30 mails saying nothing about that ...just asking for photo id and proof of address HORRIBLE I hope lots of people read this and see how you treat customers like 45 days seriously now you are adding stuff to the list WOW

Yep, absolutely. Plus a recent utility bill (no older than three months) and a clear copy/scan of some ID/passport/driver license.

 

That's the most common combination of personal data required from players in order to have their account fully verified.

did I tell you ,that I sent utility bill to 3 casinos,but didnt pay attention :o  and they were more then 3 months old??? when I saw ,I was surprised how they did send me the money ,still wondering  :o

Not a big surprise actually. What they review most carefully is the ID and credit/debit card copies. The rest is just to ensure your residence.
