Why a runaround with withdrawals

I've been trying to get my winnings from two different online casinos.  I'm having trouble with them both and address verification.   I sent all documents but still they want more.  Additionally, they say now that my bank is not eligible.   what a joke.

Has anyone had either similar experiences?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Are you able to choose a different withdrawal method?
