Vegas Berry Casino Microgaming/NetEnt

Hello Everyone!

 

Just discovered a VegasBerry Casino. Seems to be powered by Microgaming and NetEnt (as well as a few others). It also has a mobile casino too :D :D

 

Its a new one for me, haven't read through their promotions or terms or anything yet, but was wondering if anyone here had heard of them or even played there?

 

Any comments welcome ......

Okay so I've been reading through their terms and conditions...I feel an important factor to consider here is the following...image.jpg

 

Don't know why they have decided to increase the wagering requirements on second and third deposits to 35 times the bonus and deposit as opposed to 25 times on first deposits??

Suppose they rely on some known gambling habits. Better first deposit offer to make you bite the hook and then ... well, you know how it is. ;)

I'm considering depositing. Once I have I will come back to this thread with my verdict.

I did deposit here few days ago Sharon,the chat  support very friendly and nice ,my playtime there sucked big time  :angry: ,Iost my money in 10 minutes  :diablo:

Aww that's a shame. I haven't had chance yet to deposit, its actually on my list to deposit next. So will be sometime this week.

i did deposit few days ago also at Goldbet casino,so they send me an email for documents verification,I did send them my passport and they didnt approve it :

We would like to inform you that the document sent cannot be register because it is missing the back.

Please send only clearly legible without any kind of alteration.

 

what back on Passport ???? what dod they want ???

They are an absolute nightmare. I had a problem with them, can't remember whether it was my account or valleys but I had to open a complaint here. The issue was kind of resolved but they are an absolute nightmare.

 

They want the back of your passport lol? What heavens for!!

Then simply do what they want. Take your passport, make a copy of its back side and send it to them. No one would be able to accuse you of not cooperating later on .;)

And at the end of the day it doesn't prove anything for verification because the back of everyone's passport are in fact identical!!

I did deposited in friday and when I asked them today when I will get the 50 free spins on Wonky Wabbits ,they told me after 72 working hours,so that means in Wednesday ,well I will never deposit there for sure

Kate make sure you have a balance of over £1 for the free spins otherwise you will not be able to play the free spins.

 

This is what my complaint was with them. Because you need a balance to play all the games. I run mine down to zero then when I went to play the free spins on twin spin I couldn't. I had to open a complaint. Valdes sorted it out for me. I think it was valleys account actually I honestly don't remember, maybe Valdes will.

 

Since the complaint they have told me they would change their terms and conditions to incorporate this....let's see if they have

:o well this is the same thing I was argument with the chat,she told me the same thing and I freaked out ,because of that,i dont want to make again deposit here,now they are forcing me to make another one,just because of that 1 euro

So they obviously didn't change their terms then to incorporate this!!

I argued with them black and blue because this is one place I did read the terms before depositing and it didn't state anywhere that this is required. Live help would have none of and I knew I was right.

 

If this is a condition of the free spins then it needs to legally be put in the terms and conditions of the free spins offer. Once I opened the complaint through AG, they accepted this was an error on their behalf and it did indeed need to be added to the terms. They credited my with the £1 so I could enter the game for the free spins and I had an email saying they were in the process of adding this to the terms for future players!
