Kimbo85 Posted Sunday at 09:00 PM Posted Sunday at 09:00 PM Hi everyone I’m posting here because I believe I’ve been treated very unfairly by LuckyWins Casino. I joined recently and participated in their Daily Beginners Blitz promotion, where I received some free spins. After completing the spins, I had around 100$ in my balance. I then used that money in regular gameplay (not bonus spins) and ended up winning over 6000$ The balance was clearly visible and playable for quite some time. Then, suddenly, my entire balance was removed without warning. When I contacted support, they told me that I could only win a maximum of 100$ from the free spins. However, the terms only state that this limit applies to the free spins themselves, not to any winnings obtained later from normal gameplay using the credited balance. I’ve already contacted support and explained everything in detail, but they refused to pay out. I’ve also submitted a formal complaint via the AskGamblers Complaint System. Has anyone experienced something similar with LuckyWins or another Curaçao-licensed casino? Any advice on what steps to take next or how to make my case stronger would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help, Quote
Afi4wins Posted Monday at 03:45 AM Posted Monday at 03:45 AM @Kimbo85 Hi there and welcome to the forum. Similar cases as yours had previously been discussed and resolved here in this forum and unfortunately, your case seems to be one more similar one. As you have mentioned above, winnings from any given free spins are limited to $100 maximum and all extra amount would be removed. You are supposed to withdraw that $100 win first before you can try to get more wins with a new deposit. Any extra wins from that original $100 would not be eligible for further wins and would be removed or forfeited. This is a standard procedure at all casinos, even though this may not have been stated or clarified in the casino's Bonus terms. Most new players and beginners are not aware of this restriction and have been caught out by it. Sorry to say, but so have you. Good luck in your future plays though. Quote
Kimbo85 Posted Monday at 05:45 AM Author Posted Monday at 05:45 AM Thank you for your response and for taking the time to explain. However, in my case I don’t think this rule applies the way you describe. The money I played with was from the free spins, yes — but the casino required me to wager the winnings 50 times before any withdrawal was even possible. So I couldn’t withdraw anything at that stage, even if I wanted to. While completing the wagering, I won over $6000 and the balance was fully credited to my account. I continued playing for quite some time without any warning or restriction from the casino. Then, suddenly, the entire balance disappeared. If the rule was that winnings over $100 from free spins are invalid, they should have blocked or capped the balance automatically — not allowed me to wager and play normally for days and then remove everything later. To me, this looks like a failure on the casino’s side, not mine. Players can only follow the written rules and the system in front of them. Quote
Afi4wins Posted Monday at 06:16 AM Posted Monday at 06:16 AM @Kimbo85 I understand your situation, but in truth, some casinos would immediately remove all the extra winnings, leaving behind only the allowed $100 or less, whichever balance you may have in your account at that point in time, BUT a number of casinos do not do this immediately but only at a later time, as what had happened in your case. The point is, sooner or later, your balance will show only the allowed $100 or less, EVEN AFTER COMPLETING THE WAGERING REQUIREMENT! Like I've said earlier, the MAXIMUM you can win is only $100. You need to withdraw this winning, make a new deposit, then only you can win more, up to the new capped maximum withdrawal limit of that new deposit! Quote

In an ideal world yes it should work like this BUT unfortunately it doesn’t. Your balance is not usually removed until you request a withdrawal and you have no leg to stand on because you accepted the terms and conditions unfortunately. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to change this situation, you will only be allowed to withdraw the $100. Quote
