Melbet seems fraud

Guys after several deposits 

Finally I won some amount 

But to place withdrawal there is no withdrawal options(methods) avilable.

I have contacted various ways officially but they told please wait for Tommorow 10am bank hour ,I waited for that even after that time they didn't solve the issue again they told wait for evening,next day like that.

I feel it is scam

 

Please help me anyone to get my withdrawal.
