jamesdeano
just never ceases to amaze me how you can win off a bonus and the casino can always just say , "read our terms and conditions" it says "Online Casino reserves the right to cancel a player’s account any time without prior notice for any reason" <snip> Edited May 20, 2014 by ValDes Please, stick to the Forum Rules! cocopop3011
Luciana
Hi James I edited your title, because we have so many "bonuses" threads and your title was unspecific! Welcome to our forum, by the way! Yes, that's very common sentence from T&C, which gives casinos many free space for their own will and even manipulations! I also can't understand how that one can be tolerated! ValDes
Hi James and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. Yes, this is a blatant example of the so called Casino's "God Clause', which unfortunately, could be met in the terms and conditions of the majority of online operators nowadays. But... You should be in aware of that fact that this clause actually does not give a casino the right to do with anything it wants. And with the ability to submit a complaint against online operator in front of the official regulatory bodies or major gambling portals like AskGambler.com for example, you will be surprised how fast casinos could reconsider their position. cocopop3011, jamesdeano and Toiletseat

Guru guru guru I was about to post and ask you about this clause in t&cs and you've already explained it! Bravo! I do have a question though if you are able to help? What exactly does this clause really mean? What does it allow them to do and do they have to justify their reasons if they to close your account? ValDes
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of the Casino management and put into immediate effect. This one I believe, is a perfect example of how impudent and unashamed casinos could be when writing their rules...
