LorraineP
I've gambled IRL, but never online for real money. I'm aware there are many scam sites that don't pay, hence the reason I googled forums first! I have many questions, some of which I'm sure have already been answered. Apology upfront for being repetitive. 1. USA legalities- what makes the difference in being legal or illegal? I've seen some sites pay in bit coins, Skrill, or other alternantive money. 2 should I use a VPN to register so my USA residency remains undetected? 3 what sites are best for USA PLAYERS? 4 why are some online casinos and others are downloads? ValDes
Hey Lorraine and a warm welcome to the AskGamblers forum. Don't worry, you may ask here whatever you wish, after all we choose our name with a purpose. Now, your questions... 1. USA legalities- what makes the difference in being legal or illegal? I've seen some sites pay in bit coins, Skrill, or other alternantive money. There are only a couple online casinos, which are licensed and legal to operate within the USA, actually within the borders of the New Jersey state, to be precise. These operators are listed here - http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/gamingsites.html All other existing online casinos, accepting players from within the USA do not have a valid license to do this and if something unpleasant happens between you and the operator, you cannot rely on government's help and you have to rely on yourself only, 2 should I use a VPN to register so my USA residency remains undetected? Nope. If a casino is not accepting players from USA and you are using some IP trick to register and play there, this will be discovered sooner or later, your account will most probably be closed and your balanced confiscated. If the casino accepts US players, you are not supposed to do anything to hide or mask your IP. 3 what sites are best for USA PLAYERS? 3Dice - this is the fastest paying casino, among all that accept US players; Club World Casinos - decent and reliable group of casinos, all of them powered by Real Time Gaming; Jackpot Capital Group- another decent and reliable group of casinos, all of them powered by Real Time Gaming; 4 why are some online casinos and others are downloads? Depends on the software provider and the casino operator. Most modern online casinos are giving both options for their players plus a mobile one, Hope, I've managed to help a bit. There are some others very experienced players here as well, who are going to give you some advice too. LordCronal
I add that casinos might ask documents with your ID and current address etc. when you make a withdrawal, so it is stupid to lie to them. ValDes and cocopop3011

And what is the best, the one who does or the one who doesn't offer bonus? Thanks! cocopop3011

ValDes
Well, I knew someone was going to point out this casino in particular. But...there is a bonus offer there actually and you have even quoted it. As far as I know, a "cahsback" still counts as a kind of bonus, right?! cocopop3011

ValDes
I'm not sure because in most bonuses they give you additional money and free spins above your initial deposit and with it comes conditions and wagering requirements. In this case, there are no conditions and the cashback is available for withdrawal or playing. It's debatable. !! Nothing to debate here, in mu humble opinion. Cashback IS a kind of bonus actually, no matter if it is free from wager or not. It is given as some incentive for you to play more and therefore, it fits perfectly into the casual casino bonus' policy.

cocopop3011
You can't be serious about that, right Sharon? Deadly serious! I never count Cashback as a bonus and I've never deposited at a casino for a Cashback Offer! So based on personal opinion I think I'm due a half! But I will do you a deal because I'm pregnant you can buy me a half lemonade! Cheapest pint you have ever bought! Back on topic .... Hello guys! Another question here. What are the difference of those online casinos that offer bonus deposit to those that doesn't? And what is the best, the one who does or the one who doesn't offer bonus? Thanks! Chinomoreno whether or not there are casinos that do not offer bonuses I think it is purely down to personal preference. From reading many, many thoughts, opinions and story's from fellow gamblers I've learnt that everyone is different and every player will play in their own way. No one is right and no one is wrong because at the end of the day it all comes down to that very special thing in life called LUCK!
