iGame and Plus One Dreams Announce a Merger Between the Two Entities

iGame and Plus One Dreams, Finnish-owned online gaming companies located in Malta, will merge together. The new company is going to be one of the most significant gaming companies in the industry. The new company, operating under the name iGame, will employ nearly 100 professionals.

iGame and Plus One Dreams have signed a letter of intent, in which iGame acquires the majority of the shares outstanding in Plus One Dreams. The transaction will be finalized on the 15th May 2014. The transaction will not make any remarkable changes for the personnel. The combined company will employ nearly 100 gaming industry professionals both in Malta and Estonia. The aim is also to expand and recruit more professionals in the near future.

Following the merger, the new entity will have an even stronger competitive position to compete with the international gaming industry operators, such as Unibet and Betsson. Online gaming is a rapidly growing industry and iGame aims to become a European wide market leader in the future.

- This is a dream merger for both parties. The two companies have known each other for many years and have a long lasting mutual respect and trust for each other. In addition, we complement each other extremely well in sector knowledge, market position and company values. We have the best possible foundation to complete a successful merger and continue on the growth path as a combined entity, says CEO Rikard Ljungman from Plus One Dreams.

Gaming and entertainment products can be offered to customers through an even larger and more diversified product offering, resulting in expanded variety of games and deeper gaming experiences.

- Together we will become one of the most important gaming companies in Europe. The acquisition will enable us to undertake significant investments in the future in order to improve services and create a unique gaming experience. Our knowhow in both companies complements each others perfectly, says Robin Larsson, CEO, iGame.

Both companies share the values of responsible gaming and will continue to invest in preventing gambling addictions. The company operates under the Maltese gaming license, which can only be granted for financially stable and reliable gaming companies that fully meet the strict information, security and responsibility requirements.

Which casinos are Plus One a Dreams-group Lord because I've never heard of them?

Kolikkopelit.com

Leijonakasino.com

Hertat.com

Bohemiacasino.com

Three firsts seems to be only in Finnish and last in Czech, so most outside of these two countries have not heard of them, I think.
