I'm famous on Instagram in the Middle East. four years ago, I started promoting Roobet Casino on my personal Instagram without any contracts , i'm just a normal Roobet players like anyone I invited more than 1500 players from my fans to my Roobet affiliate via my affiliate link Roobet closed my account on the Friday 7/19/2024 , I sent them more than 30 emails, but no response from them, and I contacted live support more than 10 times, every time they say they will make them respond me by email, but we as live support cannot help you, they locked my account and there are more than 20K inside my affiliate account and more than 1500 referrals, I also posted on Roobet Reddit and they deleted it after less than an hour.Finally, Roobet Casio replied to me on Trustpilot, https://www.gpwa.org/forum/images/smilies/icon_no.gifRoobet confiscated my money. https://www.gpwa.org/forum/images/smilies/icon_anger.gifI want my commission money from Roobet Casino because this is my right. They have the right to close any account and I have the right to get my commission from them. They also say we are investigating your case! And they didn't confiscate his money like me. If they keep my account locked , no problem! But I want my pending earnings from affiliates back as a one time courtesy gesture I hope you can help me get my money back, thank you Quote

The complaint attached I see is slightly different because that was the casinos referral scheme rather than the affiliate scheme. Is that the only explaination they have given? It sounds as though they have found some kind of foul play ? Quote

I tried to post a complaint here many times but it was rejected. I don't know why. Quote

I know it's not a bank account, and they were good with me so I didn't think about withdrawing my profits constantly, but they locked my account for no reason and took my money and they don't reply to me I have filed many complaints on AskGamblers, but they always reject my complaints I don't know why AskGamblers doesn't support me to get my money from Roobet Casino, they just reject my complaints, and there are many complaints like mine and there is a link I have already put on my topic you can see it and Ask Gamblers helped him to get his money back from Roobet casino I hope AskGamblers accepts my complaint so I can get my rights from Roobet Casino. But I tried more than 5 times to submit my complaint on Askgamblers, but it always gets rejected, even though I have attached all the information and evidence that Roobet casino locked my account for no clear reason. The last response I got from Roobet Casino was that they have the right to close any account and they put my account under investigation , I have to wait for the end of this investigation. Is this reasonable? It has been a whole year and I have not received a solution , so I hope you can help me submit my complaint and get my rights from Roobet Casino. Quote
Afi4wins Posted September 23 Posted September 23 @mmishoo2 The Askgamblers Team has made it very clear in their reply to you, so I don't think Askgamblers can help you out any further. You need to forward your case to the relevant Gambling Authority as they are the ONLY competent authority to resolve your case. There's no point in trying to resubmit a complaint to AGCCS as far as I can see. mmishoo2 1 Quote

It’s not just a case of being rejected and resubmitting it looks like the team have decided the case and given you best steps forward as we are joe able to provider further help.
