Hi Stan75, welcome on our forum

I did not have a lot of experience with rivals, play almost at all, but only few withdrawals. From what i heard from other players, yeah, they do pay. Just probably slow pay, but i am almost sure you will get your money, as today is Friday, most likely you should get your money by monday. If you did not get it till monday evening, i suggest you try to submit complaint here.

Yeah, I'm afraid the majority of Rival powered online casinos are not the fastest ones when it comes to withdrawal processing. But as soon as you have done everything according to their rules you will be paid...eventually.

 

If something goes wrong you could always use our totally free complaints service, just as aemakgol already suggested above.

I had a doubt when the past and the 5th working day, "in the e-mails were 2-5 days" and I thought I'd start a thread in the forum that it's over very quickly thankfully :-)
