I lost a lot of money on the same game (BetSoft) for weeks, and unfortunately, I realized too late that the RTP wasn't being respected... Each bonus gave me a paltry amount. I'm now wondering if this isn't just a scam... Customer service tells me they're going to investigate my case... I don't believe it for a second. Either Betsoft games are a scam or the casino is a scam I still lost 5000€ on the same game, I've never seen that anywhere else. After waiting for 3 days, the technical department informed me by e-mail that there was no problem with my game So I wanted to try with the provider Playson and I also have the same problem there is no Rtp.I lost over €1600 on the same game. So I contacted customer service and they told me that they were going to investigate again. I had to deal with 5 different people just to get this answer.Do you know if we can lodge a complaint with the Anjouan commission? Honestly speaking, I'm not sure if AGCCS can really help you out in this case, because personally, I think the casino itself may be the main culprit and not the games.
