Duelbits stole my $7000+ balance after agreeing to raise my limits

I created my Duelbits account in an EU country in 2022 without any issues as it was an accepted country at the time but apparently that had changed. At some point the site just wouldn't load at all (not the restricted message you see now) so ever since then I just used a Hungarian VPN. I gambled on the site off and on for the next few years and lost around 5k mostly in their casino. Just last week I started using their Sportsbook but wasn't satisfied with their low <2k limits so I requested a 5k limit which they agreed to. After losing another 4k+ in their sportsbook they suddenly restricted me from placing bets and even requesting withdrawals, pending KYC. I submitted my residency card and bank statement thinking it wasn't a big issue, but they were not only quick to ban me but tell me I won't be getting my money back.

Say what you want about me using a VPN but nothing malicious was done. It is the industry standard amongst sportsbooks when your account gets banned/limited to still allow you to cashout. The only time this isn't allowed is if you multiaccounted or genuinely cheated them, neither of which is the case here. What makes this theft even more appalling is I am a lifetime losing player who had just added more fresh losses, and the only reason I had 7k on their scam site is they agreed to raise my limits, thus baiting me into depositing more for them to steal.

I have since reached out to them requesting my funds be returned to the same wallet I used to deposit and they have completely ignored all emails.
