Won a large jackpot at LeoVegas. Withdrew part via bank transfer successfully, then my account was locked for “safe gambling/security review.” I used the sentence how life changing this will as a solo mother I've only ever made small bets totalling $90over the entire course of being their site i cant see how this can deny me all access to withdraw from my secure payment metjod

Since then:

Bank transfer option removed — told I must use wire transfer.

Already fully verified, yet withdrawal put “back into processing.”

No account access to see status.

Support keeps giving vague updates and no confirmed release date.

Has anyone had success in a similar case? Any advice before I escalate to MGA?
