I think that most of us here have alot of experience with different customer services, so from my own experience, I decided to make Top 3, The best and worst. It is only about casinos where I have played more than once or twice.

Best:

1) Redbet
2) Mr.Green
3) Guts

Worst:

1) Betsson
2) Nordicbet & Maxino (Same guy)
3) 24hCasino

I am not sure about english-language customer service, but in finnish-language one it is very possible that 24hCasino and iGame have same persons, just like Nordicbet and Maxino have.

1) Guts 

2) 32Red

3) RedBet

 

Worst three in terms of customer support:

 

1) Casino Sieger/Casino Rembrandt - I sincerely believe they have the worst support among all NetEnt casinos 

2) The whole Digimedia group of casinos (Jackpot City, River Belle, Epoca, Lucky Nugget, Gaming Club, Euro Palace, King Neptunes)

3) But the worst of all are ... all Top Game powered brands.

Well, Lord's topic is quite different in my opinion and it is focused on estimating best and worst, not to consider the casino customer support in general.

 

And speaking about the flowers, I found Davina a few months ago! She's still working in the industry, but now dealing with marketing for some Maltese casino. Anyways, what's more important is that I turned back the gesture, but this time it wasn't that easy with the explanations later, cause I have used my wife's credit card to offer the flowers!

and talking about best and worst casinos, what do You think about MyBet(dot)com , is it a really serious casino? and basically how responsible are they about payouts? . I was checking live dealer blackjack there and like what I saw.

 

I´m really interested in knowing this and just say THANKS! for your most honest opinions about this casino.
