I decided to make a deposit at igame last weekend...what a mistake that was.

I made a deposit of €25...it began processing my card payment .. Took a little longer than expected then a screen came up which said successful deposit but it went in a split second and changed to failed deposit. I thought I'd better check my bank account before I try again, only to find it had been taken. This did not alarm me though because it's happened to me several times at other casinos where the payment had timed out. I didn't even bother going to live help until I had spoke to my bank to get the authorisation code for the payment which I was able to get straight away.

Usually in my experience anyway the casino are able to track the payment from this and credit the account. Igame however, presented me with one of the most arrogant and disrespectful services I have had from live help in a long time. As I thought, they said the payment did not go through, I knew they would say this because they are partially right there was an error sending the payment so it wouldn't show as cleared their end but the money had been reserved from my account for them to collect...they would not accept this whatsoever. I told them I have the authorisation code to pass it to their financial department to. Track. This couldn't be done straight away but I had an email shortly after asking to provide a screenshot of my bank statement! I'd already told them it doesn't show that soon on online banking, but if they use the code they will see what has happened. Three times I received the same email. I eventually got live help again on the site and they told me I'd just have to wait up to 10 days and the failed deposit will automatically be refunded to my account. They were not making any attempt to trace the payment and they we're quite honest about that!! I would just have to wait 10 days...the best thing of all came now......

An email asking me to send in verification documents in order for the money to be returned to my account hahahahahaha ...it was honestly that rude and cheeky that I just burst out laughing. My bank had already told me they could refund me that same day and my visa insurance would cover me so then the bank claim it off them. I honestly didn't even reply to them and I haven't since, my bank had the money to me instantly .

Valleys preaches to he all the time to stick to the casinos we know are trusted ones, even if it means you don't get a bonus, but being female I have to completely not listen and do the opposite. I can't help it it's like a disease lol, but I always think well why shouldn't u try a new one, you should be able to trust any casino with your money, in this day and age..but I'm starting to believe valleys may finally be right for once In his life.

Has anyone else had any problems either with igame or failed deposits?

(I'm going to see if I can find that email they sent me a minute

Failed deposit, that happened to me last week at Luck Casino, but then i opened my skrill account which was showing that the money has be sent to them.

Then i emailed them so they answered me very quickly ,maybe 10 min.after,so they were asking me of a screenshot of the payment which i did send them and the all thing was done very fast, they send me an email again apologizing, that they found the deposit and that my money was on my casino account :)

Failed deposits? Yes, indeed I have, Sharon!

It happened in 2013, at my top favourite Playtech Casino, Omni. I keyed in a $30 deposit amount, my Neteller details, clicked deposit and the system hung up, just rolling and rolling without any confirmation of a successful or failed deposit. After several minutes of waiting, I logged out, then do login again. Made a second attempt at deposit, same amount, same procedure, with the same hanging result! Third time, still the same. Fourth time, an unsuccessful message finally came on screen, citing "INTERNAL ERROR...your deposit was unsuccessful. Please contact Support for assistance". Fifth attempt, finally went through. My curiosity got the better of me...I opened a new tab and login into my Neteller account. Confirmed...4 deposits of $30 made to the casino, all within a few minutes of each other. I took a screenshot and saved it. Then I tabbed back to the casino, got live support on the line, and informed the host what had just happened. The host politely informed me that she would immediately report to the Manager (Adanna) and that the matter would be looked into immediately. In the meantime, I could carry on playing with the $30 deposit and the credited deposit bonus, which all vanished not too long after that.  :D

After playing, I checked into my email, and there was already a notification email from the casino, regarding the missing three deposits, and that they were now tracing it down. Just two or three hours later, another email came in, informing me that the three deposits have been credited back into my casino account and that I could now play with it or make a withdrawal! Marvellous! Just hours of complaining and I got my 3 deposits back into my account. I withdrew them back into my Neteller e-wallet without any problems at all!  :yahoo:  :good:

I don't make much deposits at any other software casinos, so I have no other failed deposit incidences.

Failed deposits? Yep, happens to me form time to time, but never got any troubles with that. Actually the last tim ewith similar problems was with 32Red. Used my Skrill account to deposit $50 but something went wrong on the final step and the whole software just stuck. Contacted their live support (I think it was Donna the name of the chat agent) and got the money back to my balance in less then 5 minutes...plus $5 free for my troubles! :D Frankly speaking, since then I was hoping for another failed deposit...who's gonna refuse some free chips after all?!   ;)

Sharon, I am really surprised to hear that a decent operator as iGame could provide such a lousy support.  :( Hope, they will offer some excuses and apologies for the troubles caused...

I never had failed deposit, but about iGame and their sistercasinos I can mention that some players noticed that sometimes one cent goes away from their balance, and happened to many persons. For example ALL winnings in Jack Hammer ends to numbers 0 or 5, so if you start to playing in 20 euro balance only Jack Hammer, your balance cannot be for example 16,74 euro.

Well, lately I have not  noticed anyone talking about that, so maybe "mysterious cent-problem" is gone. :) Anyway, weird...

Sorry I'm late replying,I've just mentioned in another post, that I've had some news over last few days...there's no way I can include gambling in this lol...but basically I'm going to be having a little one in about 9 months time!! So I've been a little pre-occupied...

But keeping to the subject. It seems as though we have all experienced these failed deposits. I think it just makes it so much easier when you have a good supportive live help team to talk to doesn't it?

(Hope its ok for me to announce it here Valdes)
